I want a link to where I try. I think every person with a computer will submit one for a chance at a billion.
Fo shizzle. We only have one LB so far in this years class. And he might end up at DE. Are there any other LB's we are looking at? I don't want to do what we did on OL recruiting for a few years...
I will give Ga Tech credit though, they cost us the chance to go to the ACC Championship game in 2006 & 2009. It would have been pretty tits to have won the Costal six years in a row.
You can do that at Gah Tech.
Agree- I always went back on either Friday or Saturday because of the traffic or home game. Even the UVA games on Saturdays after Thanksgiving in Blacksburg during the middle of our 10-win seasons failed to completely fill the student sections however.
Also, Mihota has been hurt since around September I believe. Could be part of the reason he's coming in at 252 instead of 240ish? A bum foot will certainly keep you from doing much cardio...

I'll win Warren Buffett's 1 billion prize because my detachment from basketball is so great, my bracket will be flawless.
Call me crazy but I LOVE it (or at least initially I do). Spend Thanksgiving with my family in NJ leave late that night for Arlington, catch some sleep, then leave in the morning for Blacksburg and tailgating. I mean it's a guaranteed night game against UVA, I think it will be awesome. As for student attendance I think most upperclassmen and people within 4 hours of Blacksburg will drive back Friday morning for it.
Bulk up??? He weighs 224 lbs...I think he's good on that end.
Wake's SB Nation blog has their schedule and it says VT comes in on Nov. 22nd and they have a Thursday nighter of their own vs. Clemson on Nov. 6th:

This means if VT were to play back-to-back Thursday night games home & away it would be in October... otherwise they'd be split up with Nov. 13th looking like a reasonable spot for one of them.
Yea, I would hope it would be a Friday night game. Wasn't there some decent games on the day after Thanksgiving this past season?
Me and practically everyone I knew always came back to Tech on Black Friday anyway. The only issue that arises with this is you don't get a full day of tailgating. But since the UVa game will probably be a noon or 3:30 kickoff and as long as this is a night game you basically wash if you leave at a respectable time that morning.
However, this is a bad idea for traffic. As now instead of students coming back Friday and alumni going up Friday night and the bulk Saturday morning I-81 is going to be a shit show all day Friday.
As my WVU bro in-law says "Eat shit Pitt". Even has a shirt with this on it in those god awful
WV colors. They must be BAD.
my bracket isn't worth a $3 bill.
Having a "rivalry" with GT is the cfb equivalent to drinking decaf coffee. It's nice to have if you're trying to wind-down after a big dinner.
EDIT: which is probably the reason why UGA schedules them at the end of the regular season.
See comment above.
Word of advice, don't go. Pitt fans are some of the worst. To put it simply, WVU fans think they are horrible. That should say something. The stadium isn't bad, but having to deal with their fans ruins the experience. Just my 2 cents.
Shoot, I fly home to CA for Thanksgiving every year. Are these punks really about to make me miss my first Tech-UVA game since I got here?
Mi - man
Ho - bear
Ta - pig
Ancient Native American translation of course.
Crap. I was planning on attending the Pitt game. Thursday Night es no bueno.
I agree. I like this guy

Damn, I want to go to Pitt but I don't think I could for Thursday
This would be the first year since 08 if they played on the Saturday they would play on my birthday. Of course they change it to that Friday haha.

That was lame. I'm dumbfounded. Can't even get excited about it. Next...
