I say there should be (8) 16-team conferences (128 teams) with conference championships and an 8-team playoff between the winners. Effectively a 16-team playoff, but without having to add another game. But maybe that's just the engineer in me wanting to make things neat and tidy :)

4 teams is perfect (most years). Places incredible value on regular season play without excluding any deserving team.

agreed .. not sure what the lure is there, other than staying close to home. florida's offense is practically as bad as VT's right now ... the difference is that their roster is packed with 4 and 5* prospects. they have far fewer excuses.
Florida will probably wait to fire him until after Signing Day.
