2 National titles and the ability to pull a hot chick from your biggest rival. Aj is a lucky man
See, this is the main reason why I can't hate Michigan. Yea, I'm upset about the bowl game (still), but I gave Brady Hoke a lot of credit when, in the post-game interview, even he said he thought it was a catch. He made no excuses, and just told it like he saw it. No political BS about anything or stroking the officials' egos. The group I really have from the Sugar Bowl are the PAC-12 refs.
Anyone else have a vision of BC a few years ago, where the kid was in the stands a few weeks prior then hit like 37 out of 37 against us? Hoping it's our turn on that train.
Me too, and I was surrounded by wolverines! They even said it was a catch.
Let's give the Turtles a send-off that they won't soon forget. Enjoy the Big Fourteen Ten, Maryland!
Yes, numbers guy here too! Also a boobs guy. Ya know, if you can find a way or something...
Thanks!
The answer is: Possession, use or distribution of marijuana is illegal in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Until the law changes, a state-sponsored university is going to have to have a policy against marijuana in place for all students that conforms with the Virginia statute. I don't see it as too big a sacrifice to ask full scholarship athletes to obey the laws of the state that subsidizes their education, and then represent their university/state in a way that demonstrates a moderate level of maturity. Maybe I'm just old-fashioned...
The same can be said about 5-star recruits in all states. They can practically choose whatever school they want to go to. Would you not want to go to the one that gives you the best chance to succeed in football? The SEC has both one more MNCs and sent more players to the NFL than any other conference over the past decade. He's just doing what gives him the best chance to succeed. If the ACC had the last 6 MNCs then 5-stars from Cali and Texas would spurn their in state programs to go to an ACC school.
Gotta give Alabama a Hand on this one.
Bama does have better weather...
This is all that I was hoping. That he didn't choose Michigan
yeah they're not good academically either...all of the kids in my high school who didn't get into any schools in VA went to Bama or didn't go to college at all
I will agree with you on that one!
Correct. The OB is not obligated to take a second ACC BCS qualifier.
But politically, it is a good idea. Especially if it is Clemson and there is an attractive pairing.
And on that note
I love Hardywood! Now to my picks! I realized that I wanted to pick all of the road teams, probably not a sound strategy, so I'll try this:
Klempson will hopefully not do what everyone expects them to do
War Damn Eagle Just looking for a more interesting Iron bowl
Huskers keep it close. Final score: 5-3
Da U will hopefully not give up on the season and get us to the ACCCG
Tejas Mack has the longhorns on a roll!
Stanford Man ball will prevail in Hollywood
Bumblebees
Awwwwwwwwburn
Sparty
Da U
Longhorns
Cardinal
Dare I mention the Sugar Bowl? It's okay, I was there and watched that nightmare unfold in all of its gory glory.
They're not actually as bad academically as their neighbors to the immediate west.
I love look at these numbers each week. I'm a numbers guy. Thanks for this, as always!
ZIIIIINNNNNGGG!!
The best thing about this is the disappointment all the cocky Wolverine fans who just KNEW he was coming to Michigan.
You mean like how much ratings moved up or down due to a game? I've been planning this for a while. For example, our offensive rating obviously increased following Miami.
You think he will be upset when saban jumps ship for Texas and a bazillion dollars?

...they should call it round-tine..not ovaltine
