Considering I didn't get to watch most of the game since I was working, this is much appreciated.
I think it would be a bigger trap game if Maryland wasn't so depleted. That being said, it still is a trap game.
He was opening holes like a true Wang.
and for years to come!
I want to have the best blocking receiving corps in the nation and I think Moorehead is trying to take us that direction...Me likes!!!
great work french ... and i agree with you on a few things ... we all love JC and there are definitely moments when he should be in there getting work, keeping the D on their toes ... but 3rd and short, 4th and 1 ... those are not the times. i'll give the dude props .. he took some hits and kept on getting up and rolling. it was nice to see a 1st and goal from the 9 and think to yourself -- no way we can get in without throwing -- and be proved wrong.
I think part of that is because Moorehead is the go-between for Loeffler in the box and LT on the field.
It was sooo good to see the whole receiving crew step up and block. We've been missing that "attitude" for a long time. Hopefully they will continue to play with that kind of intensity the rest of the season....
No big deal... That was a huge block and even better live in stadium. looked nasty
I was mildly aroused. The quick slant is my go-to play. Whenever I have a 3rd and 5 or so or a 2 point conversion and I absolutely need to have it I call the slant. My success rate even against humans with it is around 95%.
Better the second time around..... helluva shot!!!
oh crap....my bad!!! lol
Yep. He is a total class act. Always has been. Definately a man of great character.....and coach speak. lol.
but you're missing the KEY block by Byrn.....

I tried to find a gif that said "I'm a real boy!" This was the best I could do.
Ummm, I think that is Stanford......
How stoked were you to see that quick slant to Stanford in the 4th quarter?
Nice write up..great film study..looking forward to the team building on this game.
..and a real offensive coordinator, and a real qb coach, and a real wr coach... and...
They were. This season, they've been in more conversations about the Titanic than the BCS.
Although, with how pitiful the Big12 is this year, they very well might win it.
Miami has always played that two deep zone aka tampa two for the most part b/c their players are supposed to be better then yours.
This wins the Internet for today good sir.
Beamer has said there will be a lot going into preparing the players to handle the emotions of senior day and to make sure they don't overlook everyone.
Today, he said something to the extent of "beating Miami doesn't matter if we don't get the next 2." Everyone involved knows they NEED to win this Saturday or the Miami win means nothing.
We already had two trap games
The thing that is dangerous about Duke is they are riding on a high wave of confidence right now. They're 7-2, they've beaten the formidable Hokies, and they're in control of their destiny.
NC State, while they were in the game, never punched them in the mouth...and that's what Duke needs right now - someone to punch them in the mouth and tell them, "Shut up. You're Duke, and this is ain't Cameron Indoor."

"Is UMD a trap game?"
