Hmm ... I kinda actually hope he got to keep it himself. He earned it, along with free Varsity for life.
On second thought, I take that back. The Varsity sucks.
he should count down by removing schools from his twitter pic one by one

I, too, am on the 2015 train. I think we'll see even more success in 2016, that being the year we'll definitely have an experienced quarterback. 2015 could be Andrew Ford's first year of full time duty provided Leal carries the torch next year. The youngin's on defense now will be all grown up then and full of experience after this year's mass exodus of upper-classmen. Budidiah Foster will have them running wild like scorched dogs and if Beamer has any periods of reflection, maybe he can get nostalgic about those special teams and make them really get after it again.
That just leaves the offense who we've left in the hands of the new coach guys. By next season I expect a major tweak in the offensive philosophy with our current receivers having more experience, Mark Leal not being the human diamond drill we have now at QB, and finally some experienced runners. Provided the line play clicks and Ryan Malleck eats his spinach, I think we'll at least be on par with at the very least, the most average offenses in the ACC.. which is still a huge step forward.
By 2015, provided recruiting stays on point, we should be happy Hokies.
I bet he would be a good running back
CJ Reavis didn't know this guy until he announced his top 5 and now they are basically best friends. If he commits CJ was a huge part of it, yet again.
I dig the 6 degrees of Marcus Vick thing you got going there. You're right. I blame him. Blaming Newsome and the game plan goes without saying.
Any word if Kyle is playing this Saturday? I know groin injuries can be .. well a pain in the groin.
More than 3 years. I know the average lifespan of a new head coach is 3 years, but given Beamer has a contract extension which expires around 2016, IIRC, he will make sure the new coaches and current coaches have the time they need to fully implement their system.
In all honesty, I believe the players who are already on the roster have embraced the challenge of toughness and completely bought in what Loeffler, Grimes, and Moorehead are doing. Yes, there have been attritions, but that's more of a process of weeding out the weak from the strong. I would not be stunned if next season we play more true freshmen with true sophomores, redshirted sophomores, and et al. By the time 2016 rolls around, if those core players are still on the team by then, that could be the make or break season.
I have seen plenty of written opinions saying 2015 is it, but I think 2016 is more correct, as bar1990 noted aboved.
Personally, I am happy with the hire of Loeffler because I have seen improvement from Logan (yes, his penchant for throwing interceptions notwithstanding), Grimes has the line playing admirably well, and Moorehead, I think, made the biggest impact of all. JUGS MACHINE, BABY!
The running back and quarterback positions bears watching next season as right now, we don't know who will take the rein of the offense and who will be the workhorse of the running back.
I agree with your statement of Kyle as an X-factor in this game. Miami will be tough to stop and we certainly need Kyle's ability to tackle in open space. When it comes to Byrne, yes, the offense took a hit without him as notable in the inability to come back during the 4th quarter at BC. Unfortunately, meyer was not able to step up. That said, this offense WILL succeed if Logan has a great day. As many have stated before me, If Logan plays well, the offense will play well and we have other wideouts to fill in for Byrne if he can't go. I think Meyer, if he plays, will be better. He just needs to get one quick catch to brush of the nerves and we should start to see what all the talk was about from Logan. People may not remember, but Meyer was rumored to be the next Danny Coale...someone just forgot to tell Byrne that.
if he commits someone prepare the Foster Cartwheel meme/gif
Never too early to build a relationship
This would be huge since we need the LB depth for sure
I AIN'T SCARED! I MET BUD FOSTER AND LIKED HIM!
Chad and Cody Grimm
And, not the least, but most important thing, is for Sam Rogers to score a touchdown.
Do you want SAM ROGERS and BUD FOSTER coming after your asses!? Go right ahead.
FUCK NO NEVER!!!!
Our "fans" started, and gave oxygen to the thoroughbred movement. If you're still rooting against prior players, use the name of prior players as laughingstocks, if you're already written off the new coaches, if you don't trust them to figure this thing out. There are other VA based teams to cheer for. JMHO
The Vandykes
True, they lost last night, but we have ended up behind them the past 3 years (not including this one) and only one spot ahead of them 4 years ago.
I've always like Sean Glennon. He could be frustrating to watch at times, but the offensive coaching or OL didn't help him out either. At one point, I thought he would require the type of change our offense finally needed, casting off the crutches that were the Mobile QB Scramble Offense.
Could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure this jersey is actually in Merryman somewhere.
...who are cousins of Jonathan McLaughlin.
I'm not totally sure that Glennon and Logan Thomas are separate people. Have we seen them photographed together? One day Logan may rip off his mask and reveal he's been Sean Glennon all along.

Hope it's foreshadowing that he's wearing #ALLMAROONEVERYTHING
