Would like D to get a shutout. Facyson to get some more picks and keep him atop the leader spot on INT's in the nation. O perform well enough to start playing backups in the 4th. And some smart returns would be nice as well. Stop dancing running 5 yds each way laterally across the field for a loss or net gain of all of 2 yds.

Possibly. But they still have Richt as HC. They find a way to puke up an easy win every year, and with the $EC bias, their loss is forgiven. I'm sick and tired of the crappy Jorgia bias and ranking them high every year. They are not back. They will not be back. They will not compete in the $EC. They are no better than a 10-4 team every year. Other than 2002, you have to go back to 1983 to find a year they had only 1 loss. Even then, it was paired with a tie.

Not discounting this team was stacked...but hey, LOLUVa also recruits well every year.

Miami is a top 10 program, don't expect the NCAA to do anything. That's just how they roll. For examples, see examples such as Manziel, Johnny or Newton, Cam. USC was down from national dominance at the time of their punishment, as was Penn State. The NCAA won't do much of anything besides some probation, take some scholarships, and that's about it. Maybe they vacate some wins, but a lot of this happened when they were struggling for wins already if I remember correctly.

This. A healthy UGA isn't 4-3 right now. Had they been healthy, they would have beaten Vandy and Mizzou, but that's what happens in sports. Injuries hurt a team and can affect the outcome. It's unfortunate since they were a good team because it marginalizes Clemson's win. Much like our win over UNC is marginalized by their 1-6 record.

Every time I hear someone refer to Qdoba (Or Chipotle) as "Mexican food" I die a little inside. Don't get me wrong, it's good food and I love it as much as anyone, but it's about as Mexican as a hamburger or pizza. I am very bitter and heartbroken about the Mexican food situation in Virginia.

I don't know what gives them a worse case of diarreah, all that Mexicish food or the butthurt a$$-rapings we give them every year on Turkey Day.

Harrison will be the burner guy for us and Cam Phillips will be the possession guy for us. When we need a first down its going to Phillips. He will move up in rankings to as hes playing great football against good competition.

Or we become a national recruiting powerhouse. Grimey, Lefty and Moorehead certainly seem headed in this direction, but I think the mission for VT recruiting will always be to own the state of VA.

No. No it does NOT make you a bad person. In fact it does just the opposite. It makes you a VERY good person. It would make you a bad person if you did not feel this way. That is all.

yes, this is true but you are forgetting that the majority of players on Alabama do not come from their home state. Let's look at their starting roster (see below) only 13 players out of the 46 man 2 deep come from Alabama. (special teams not accounted for) Compare that to VT who has only 11 out of state players on our 2 deep. That's the exact opposite.

Fact is LOLUVA sucking ass is best for VT and our chase for the crystal football.

Sort of like his whole program. On the surface, it has potential, but when you dig deep down it actually... Oh wait nevermind, it's just pitiful through and through.

Those are all set to unlisted. Protects me from Raycom in case they want to shut down my youtube account like they did to Phreak a while back (at least it makes me feel protected somehow). Also, there are a couple blog sites out there that scoop them up like vultures and use them in their own posts.

hahaha god I hope they use the one that whistles when thrown through the air so receivers know to turn around and catch the ball.

Mike London stands on the sideline with a nerf gun policing everything.

Jigglypuff is a pokemon that sings people and pokemon to sleep and then sharpies their face because they have their shoes on. I thinks its a pretty accurate analogy.

Actually, believe it or not, this is completely true. Here, look at this quote from TJ's speech during the ground breaking ceremonies:

haha... a literature spark on a TKP thread. awesome, only on TKP.

some caveats though:
a) I stated that some of the protagonists are more flawed than others. My point was that the protagonist is flawed in some measure, not completely flawed and not following the same path as Walter White.
b) the list I used was by no means meant to be definitive. I just did a simple search to find one that had been used in two different locations. I certainly did not research this more than a google search, but here are the 2 websites I found as a cross reference:
http://content.time.com/time/arts/article/0,8599,1578073,00.html
http://www.openculture.com/2013/09/the-10-greatest-books-ever.html

As I said many great and equally justifiably top 10 books are missing from the list. Such as: Ulysses, Portrait of the Artist (shout out to HOAT), Brave New World, Sound and the Fury, Catch-22, etc

Huck Finn: Yes you are right, it is a coming of age story but one that deals with the serious topic of racism in the south. Huck is flawed from his rough upbringing that shapes and distorts his views on society at the beginning of the book. The rough upbringing whereby he was forced to raise himself mostly also allows him to overcome societal norms and make his own decisions about race and thus helping Jim. This is contrasted with Tom Sawyer. Starts flawed and makes decisions that lead to good.

hamlet: agreed. it was just on the list. dude is seriously flawed though.

gatsby: agreed. not my favorite book. again just on the list.

Mockingbird: Atticus is the closest to a truly "good" character but you have to remember that the book is told from Scout's perspective. She loves him wholeheartedly and believes he is a paragon of truth and morality. This may or may not be true, but it is true from this perspective. Atticus' main flaw is likely that he trust too much in the morality of others and thus is naive. Example being when he believed the mob would not try to lynch or that Ewell would not act out his threats of revenge.

Cristo: Agreed. Not a good guy but you root for him. This is a classic revenge scenario where you want the slightly less, and much cooler, bad guy to win.
