Gotta give a turkey leg.....Keith Jackson was simply the best.......
She is right until proven otherwise
My father is a LOLUVA fan and gives me the rebuilding year stuff every year...and the QB stuff is there own fault. How many QBs did they have before the season started?
Louisville
Mizzu
Stanford
The fight'n autographs (aka Texas A&M)
Washington
Klempson
Absolutely. That is why their best bet would be to bring in someone who can actually coach them up. Talent needs to be found, groomed, developed and mentored. I think London trails many HCs in the latter three categories. Beamer is very good at all four.
London looks like a passionate person, and that is a great recruiting tool when you are trying to reel in HS kids; but such high emotion is usually not the hallmark of a good mentor and planner (required in any head coaching job).
My name is Jay.
I am not him. I'm ashamed to share a name with him
Ha soon we'll have helmets with invisible paint or we'll be creating LCD screens that wrap around the helmet to show highlights while they're playing. Imagine that you're about to be hit and the eye of sauron shows up on Kyle's helmet. Or you're about to catch a hail mary and Kyshoen's GT hit is replayed in his helmet. Or if lasers are projected out of Sam Rogers helmet, destroying everything in his path.
Hehe reminds me of the mutant animal/human kid in the South Park vote or die episode.
This was meme'd in another post, but for VT, true freshmen make plays. For LOLUVA, "We're young again this year".
I dunno, I think it's more like LOLUVA losing with their current coach. Gotta put it in perspective, now
Kam is so nasty. So glad he was a Hokie.
All he can offer is a lesson in toughness and a quick and painless demise
I threw up in my mouth when i saw the math emporium...
I'd like to play Louisville in a bowl if all else fails. Since we aren't probably looking at a BCS game, a matchup with Louisville could be one of the best non-BCS bowls this year. It would give us a chance to take on the guy who might be the best QB in the country.

# | Positive article about Bud Foster (Despite being written on Bleacher Report) Fair enough. It isn't anything you haven't seen from french or mason. Heaps a lot of praise on Foster.
This is too bad, that kid is pretty good. But with Duke Johnson out most of the game (also tragic, as I think he is one of the top five players in the country at any position this year), we got a chance to see Dallas Crawford, who looks like RMFW. Miami is back to having a loaded backfield. Glad to see his head injury won't keep him out long.
All I could think about is how we have not one, but TWO TRUE FRESHMAN who are being touted as all Americans. Two. They simply had a chance and seized it:
Mike London has what could be easiest job on the planet. Here's millions of dollars. We will give you the best players in the nation. Lose? Eh, no biggie. Have you seen our new JPJ center?!?
I'm done thinking about UVA as a rival. A rival does more than roll over every year.
Does she ever. She relates being a believer in London to having kids and suggests they go to the football office to say it all to their faces (the coaches, their wives, and their kids). Two things: 1) This is what puts the LOL in LOLUVA and 2) Maybe she shouldn't be signing as Coach's Wife
Somehow, London is able to overcome UVas academic requirements...
Somehow he was able to overcome UVA's academic requirements to get guys like Morgan Moses. If I recall correctly, Moses wasn't exactly the easiest qualifier. This storyline continues to annoy me, not just at UVA, but everywhere. Almost every school in the country stretches their academic requirements for athletes, and UVA is no different.
It's also very fitting that a pro-LOLUVA column attempts to draw parallels to WWII and tries to quote Winston Churchill for inspiration.
The only thing I dislike the the commonwealth is backwards. Otherwise it's not bad. Hard to go wrong with orange and maroon.
The chrome math emporium helmet isn't bad. I do like how some of the helmets we bitched and only though would be fantasy (pink Oregon helmets, Hokie stone) came to life. Crazy.
not sure why they havent worn these yet

Reading the comments and a coach's wife tears into one of the posters pretty well. She makes some good points too. Pretty entertaining read all around.
EDIT: Favorite Comment: "The hundreds of coaches who start poorly and stay terrible should be ignored because Coach K and Beamer turned things around? Dumbest argument ever."
Lol
He definitely isn't going to play with a tear in his MCL..that would be very foolish of the coaching staff.

More QBs than they had fans at their Spring Game.
