i have to keep telling myself that this offense is not going to light up the score board, i hate that this game felt closer than it really was
you nailed it. Shouldn't be penalized at all in my opinion. But if they want to start eliminating those kind of hard hits, they need to force players to lead with their arms in an effort to wrap.
I'm not sure what to make of that game. The obvious lack of a running game and bad Redzone offense. Good defense. Protected the ball on offense. Should have won by a lot more

His feet definitely left the ground, but it wasn't the same as targeting someone. KJ was trying to cover a lot of ground and make a play on the ball, so he dove and hit him hard. It's different than when a DB annihilates a WR as he's turning around by launching head-first into him. Hopefully the conference won't try to make an example of him. It was a vicious hit, but it was legal and that's football.

At most, one game. I would have a hard time believing the conference would level a suspension when there was no flag on the field. He led with the shoulder, it shouldn't be any penalty.
