Wouldn't it be great if we could pound the ball and keep those two WR's off the field?

In rough form, all the freshman we are playing right now will be seniors. So, in addition to those listed:

Nigel Williams, Baron, Ekanem, Motley, Caleb, DerWoun Greene, Wright, Mangus, Ludwig, Dooley, DVD, Windmuller, DAntuno, Conte, Meyer, Alford, Cline......

i have noticed this as well....i'll stand and scream between plays but nobody around me is on board. It's frustrating

If it were Halloween we could rock the jack-o-lantern unis but we don't get a thursday night home game...

It'll probably be the white pro-combat helmets, Black tops from noise st., and orange pants... ew even I dont like this joke...

A&M only 6.5 as a top 10 team over an unranked team?.... easiest pick this week. But A&M's defense is brutal so maybe Vegas is onto something here.

It says "Remember thou art mortal".

Fell on deaf ears, much to everyone else's delight.

More important than those stats on UVA's defense, how did Pitt do against UVA on 3rd down? That's what really matters.

The MVs can always use more canned food. The goal is one can for every fan and while we get several thousand cans of food, we never come close to one per fan. Maybe TKP can make it happen

On a pass to Jerome Wright last Saturday, he got to his fifth option.

O_O it's about time Logan actually had some actual progressions, that'll serve him well in the NFL.

I think the run game will continue to struggle because A) our Wang is limping right now and we'll have to have some personnel shifts and B) Aaron Donald is a force to be reckoned with. I imagine we'll try it to pound the rock anyway, but it won't be pretty. This should be a blue collar game for both teams and I'm looking forward to it.

I agree about the decline in environment. I was saddened and upset to be asked to sit down by a cop while visiting Lane for the UNC game. Who the hell pays that kind of money to sit and watch the game? You don't become a loud, rough environment for opponents to play in if you're not standing and screaming at the top of your lungs.

Another thing I noticed...when I was attending VT, we actually screamed most of the time while the defense was on the field, including in-between plays because that was when the new play was being sent in and the QB was trying to tell the rest of their players what play to run. It leads to more false starts, more delays of game, and more busted plays because someone gets the play wrong. It should be even MORE prevalent for hurry up offenses because there is very little delay from the end of one play to the next. Of course, people wait until they line up and then start yelling now...so it minimizes the effect of the 12th man.

*rant off*

That was pre-Stinespring...when the QB could actually make a call on the field. The wristband probably had the words "Do whatever you want, just win the damn game."
