We will see. I believe most of the recruits so far project more at center or guard than tackle. Also if French is correct and Teller can be an All-American type talent at tackle then I would rather him be there given the depth that seems to be being created on our DL.

Why am I the only one who has turkey legged this?! (Maybe I just like Austin Powers too much...)

Hoping for a warm welcome to the B1g for the Terps, just like the BIG12 has done for WVu.

You're a horse, so I think you have a leg up on charging :)

I can see the advertising now...

The Disappointment Bowl
Come see the team leaving the ACC host the team wishing the ACC would leave it alone!

I think I can only go down at this point. I'll never catch wisec4g and GuitarMan is charging.

This UVA futility makes me so happy. But what boggles my mind is that the ACC scheduled their next two games at 3:30 and we continue to get noon kickoffs! Wth?!

"Cam Newton, kinda hungry, fig newton"

God I love Tone

For those interested...
Espn shows that tix are still available for the LOLUVa @ Murland game this weekend (*gasp*, I konw, right?!)
Starting at $3!!!!!!! What a bargain!

And the game is a pick-em at this time.

For far too long, the Hokies passing game structure made no sense...making the Hokies way too reliant on their quarterbacks making "Superman" plays in scramble situations to move the chains

Oh God this is so true.

This.
It will be fun watching the recruiting and seeing the new staff get 'their' players.
That being said, it's also fun but eye-opening to see them change positions, formations, etc to get the most out of what they have currently, AND be successful.
To me, so far, that has been the impressive thing about this staff.

Hey guys, what's....going...on..

*slowly backs out of the room and closes the door*

Is this true or did Key&Peele make an East/West Bowl III that included Europe?

I think Auburn also gained a lot, i.e. Gus Malzahn. They're probably pretty happy with their offensive production and will be for some time. That guy is an offensive genius.

I'd rather have Miami win because it could lead to a hangover effect against us. I think it will be easier for Miami to get back up for our game if they aren't basking in the glory of a Florida state championship (UF, USF, FSU) until the next Thursday. Plus, the farther FSU is from the ACCCG, the better our chances of winning the conference (see my note above about wanting to play Clemson instead of FSU in the ACCCG)

I think I'd have to wait and see on this. It's no secret that Clemson swoons nearer to the end of the season, so if they beat FSU and we continue to improve on the offensive side of the ball, I think it could be 'closer than the experts think'. FSU, however, seems to rarely pass up the opportunity to play well in an ACCCG, even if they're not all that good during the year. I honestly think FSU is more dangerous, as Boyd is a known commodity and Winston is setting the world on fire. I think Winston is harder to defend, so if we play Clemson at the end of the year, I think it is a toss up. I am less confident if we play against FSU.

Oh man, how did I NOT read the comments!

The cream of the crop:
1)

Virginia Tech has started a "Save Coach London's Job" campaign.

smart but VT doesn't need to save his job, LOLUVA is stupid enough to keep him there anyway. Hence, the entire point of the article... sigh...

2)

Sick of looking like the key stone cops! What's the matter with this team.

Why hasn't anyone thought of this before?! Has anyone? Another classic.

3)

i especially like the way smug uva fans disguised themselves as empty seats Saturday!

to which someone replied:

Oh, who's smug laura?

yes, she should have said douchey. Get it together Laura.

4)

London's performance is right on par with the school's academic achievements. A bunch of sluggards and dolts.

Finally, someone who uses facts.
