Oh yeah, he did, and he is right, we was robbed.

Give it a few years and I think Loefflers offense will be averaging in 30+ points and low turnovers per game. Logan has been the obvious strength this year, and he certainly had a few things to fix from last years performance. The new coaches have been dealt a bad hand with injuries, inexperience and personnel not recruited for their schemes. Case-in-point, when was the last time you saw so many freshmen starting? Rogers, Kline, McLaughlin, Edmonds, Stanford, to name a few, with others getting significant minutes.

To be fair... I had a few similar thoughts about wishing basketball season would hurry up. Then basketball season arrived and I wished we had football season back. Except for Erick Green, I had a lot of fun watching that kid play.

As a student there's absolutely no reason to buy season tickets for almost $100, if you enter the individual lottery you have a 99% chance of getting to every game for free anyway. Although I guess the same could unfortunately be said of football nowadays too...

Kind of like when you're in a room full of drunk strangers and someone says, "let's play charades, and new guy you start"! That's how I felt watching this.

I can only imagine he looks at their roster, looks at our roster and goes "Nah, I'm good."

Pure crazy talk to think they could get Frank, but what would happen if they gave an offer to Bud!?

There was a rumor that he's been considered as a head coach candidate there in the past.

Flipping Bud to the UVa Dark Side would literally make me cry.

Edit: Please don't kick me off of TKP for this blasphemy!

I'm looking at the improvements on offense as the difference the rest of the way. I'm fearful of a game where we fumble and throw some picks while not running the ball we face a team that locks down our passing game..Maimi comes to mind with all the talent on offense and defense..I see one more loss but hopefully it's not to Maimi.

From recalling Ryan Williams' redshirt year, "he who does not pass-protect does not play."

my favorite quotes:
1)

The good news is if youre a Wahoo fan, basketball season is only about a month away. The bad news is that there are seven more football games

It must suck when the best thing about football season is that it's almost basketball season.

2)

My goodness, No. 2 Oregon, one of the nations most prolific offenses only did slightly better against the Cavaliers with 59 points and 557 yards.

This is like comparing horse shit with pig shit. They both stink but one is slightly less offensive.

3)

This one was more frustrating for Wahoo fans to stomach. The Oregon outcome was expected. UVa was actually favored by almost a touchdown over Ball State and held a 17-7 lead early in the second quarter before the sky fell.

Not only did I expect Ball State to kick their ass, I called it before the season started on TKP. And surely by now a Wah!hoo should be able to stomach sucking at football.

4)

Asked by one reporter if there was any doubt that he should be the coach of this team, London was unflappable.
"The players come to play. When they dont play as well as we need to, this is the result of it."

Yes, LOLUVA recruits. That is your "coach" throwing you under the bus. A far cry from "Played his nuts off."

5)

Apparently the Cardinals expected success.
We were licking our chops early on, and we knew we would get some big plays.

hahahahahaha!

6)

Ball State, which entered the game ranked No. 101 in the nation in run defense, couldnt stop the Cavaliers. Inexplicably, of the next 21 offensive plays Fairchild called, only seven were running plays and Virginia played the final 22 minutes of the game with just a mere field goal.

So.... LOLUVA out schemed themselves. GOLD

loluva has an uncanny ability to beat miami when nobody expects it.....and since I don't realistically see uva winning more than 4 games this season..it would be pretty hilarious if they beat miami

How so? Miami losing to FSU doesn't really help us unless they drop another game somewhere, which seems unlikely unless UNC plays them tough somehow

Yah, Guitarman. That is completely inaccurate! Shame on you.

This better reflects London as a coach:

Caption: Coach, the play is over there!

So you're saying... using a well designed screen pass repeatedly all game is not a good game plan?
