Haha. Well now that you've identified the problem (deciding between career and Hokies), you can fix it. Just pick Hokies ;). I obviously have... ::looks over shoulder to see if boss is watching::
In addition to the Sarcastica font, perhaps this comment should also be read with airliner noise in the background, over a scratchy aircraft intercom.
I think our D-lineman are still getting held on that last BC TD pass...
You forgot to use sarcastica font. But your sarcasm is duly noted. Please stop downvoting folks, this is comedy.
I wonder how long it will be until someone tries to stop our passing game, and tries to make us beat them on the ground? Hopefully, if/when that happens, we'll be up to the task.
I'm sorry but I do not want any ACC team to make it to the MNC at our expense in the ACCCG. I would rather go in there and win, win the OB and have FSU or Clemson win the Sugar bowl.
I'll actually be watching that with the Richmond Seminoles
This multiple offense actually looks coherent unlike the ones last decade. I really would like to see us try the Power-I though against opponents that struggle against the run.
Great analysis as always. Thanks!
Its possible Teller could be back at DT as well with 5 OL recruits coming in.
That 3rd down defense'll really get after ya...
Damn, why didn't I play the lottery instead of thinking about football stuff? 1 out of 2 ain't bad.
@CZYHOKIE247
To show we care
I disagree with the first point made about how the punt return game is suffering because we are going after punts. I believe that in the early 2000's one of the reasons we had success in the return was BECAUSE we went after punts. teams were so worried about blocking our rush that they couldnt get into their return defense effectively, and all andre/hall/royal had to do was make one person miss and it was smooth sailing from there. I believe that if we get more punt blocks, our return game will improve just based off of that. But our return blocking does need to improve as well
This fan has a good point. LOLUVA should definitely keep Crying Cop around another 4 years to see what happens.
There's a difference between opposing defensive coaches scheming on paper to stop our offense, and their players executing. Point being, Loeffler's approach isn't straight forward, and there are many wrinkles and contingencies to account for; subtleties opposing coaches need to prep their players on. That's different than defensive players making plays against the offense.
Agreed: Mistake free, no stupidity special teams. That's all we need.
Love seeing this. Especially being there during the rivalry and having a neighbor that was a huge WVu fan. My dad graduated from Marshall, so I grew up with a big distaste for the 'Eers.
Littlepage has given London a resounding vote of confidence. This usually is the kiss of death.
According to the all-knowing UVA Fail Chart (see the original post here), London has one more year.
Yeah what was that all about? I'm glad Joe is a boss and didn't take that lying down.
I just hope he doesn't get promoted to Chief of Mall Security. Because then he'll bring in all these Navy Seals and managed too get robbed.
Baylor could have accounted for 3800 yards Saturday. That WVU team is bad. Being an alum and giving allegiance to VT, I can't explain how happy this makes me seeing them become a doormat for the Big 12.
Maybe I'm misreading your comment but I tried to say that David Wilson changed the way he returned kicks when he got to the NFL, helping him set records and get to the Pro Bowl. However, save for a few freakish returns, he wasn't that dynamic yard hog when he was at Tech. Is it something we don't teach well in Blacksburg? I'm not sure but I think if Knowles (or whoever returns kicks) can start doing that, the momentum he starts with should pay off with at least 5 yards per kick as he's basically starting in 2nd gear and not in reverse.
So what are the odds that Gameday goes back to Clemson for the second time this year with the FSU/Clemson game on the 19th? If it's not there, they will probably go to Stanford for their game against UCLA.

I considered giving money to the Keep-AlGroh-at-UVa-fund. Was a way to ensure a Hokie win!
