That 2009 loss still hurts as much as that 2007 BC game. Hokies don't forget, and we sure learned our lesson from that spread-option! Now, we just need to get Clemson again...
Let's not forget about Facyson. The pick he had tonight was incredible. He got an amazing break on that ball and to be able to get his hands under the ball from that angle was just a thing of beauty. IMO it was at a crucial point too, GT was at our 29 on their second possession so it was highly probable that they would have gotten points early to give them confidence going ahead.
Amen to that! Nothing better than a girl that knows about football....unless she also went to VT.
...and these gifs are now bookmarked.
They're calling for CPJ to be fired and wow.

10.4 Million dollar buy out.
Knowles finally showed up and did a stellar job. Coles had a great touchdown but still catching with his pads.
Bonner played a fine game, I thought. He did his job in run support. And he had that amazing stop on that one long one thrown by Lee. The PI in the end zone was bad, but the other one was...meh.
Exum needs to play corner, if he's cleared. He's ALL-ACC. (I will be surprised if he's cleared to play though. His knee pretty much exploded back in January.)
Here's my favorite from their Stinktalk site:
Lol at us... making their QB look like Johnny Manziel's daddy.
Dude, let's not try to be harsh on the kid. Playing football at an ACC level (especially Tech) takes a lot of commitment and toughness. I don't know the circumstances, but let's not bash the man until we find out what's going on. And besides, since when don't we need a guy who can start offensively...
Miami won't know what hit him. The rest of you ACC schools won't, either.
As CPJ said to Bud: They got out schemed. Suck it Mr Chop Block
So who would be backing up CK? McCray? Dakota Jackson?
I watched that for waaaaay longer than I should have. haha!
The off-the-field issues are also very concerning. You'd think he'd get his act together?
You are a rare gem of a young lady...kudos to dear 'ol dad! And btw...have a turkey leg on me.
Ahhhhh, I'm so glad my daddy raised me in a football stadium so I can thoroughly enjoy laughing and talking on here :)
Let's let French do some film work on Bonner before we call for benching him. He had some less than optimal plays tonight, but I'm sure he had some good plays as well. At any rate, somebody has to grade out lower than everyone else.
I'm trolling too!
I'm calling for the firing of PJ! He's too one-dimensional, and the boring option attack couldn't take advantage of a Hokie secondary full of true freshmen! PJ's time is over, and they need a spread coach to take them to the next level.
no. i used another e-mail. I tried to hide me being from VT. But I don't think they're letting anyone new on the site tonight. Just gonna have to wait for tomorrow!
I see people saying our offense scored 10 points...I believe they scored 17...unless you're not counting the LT rushing TD.
I have to say that the first TD was absolutely BEAUTIFUL. GT's D came to play in the second half, and we shot ourselves in the foot a couple times on penalties.
How wonderful would the LT and O that came to play the first half be if we could keep it going? That was glorious!
Awesome, that was fast!
You didn't use your VT.edu email address did you? Lol
Don't remember a dumpster hazard, but I went into the shrubs and hit a concrete post or something broadside and cracked some ribs. We had a beverage (or two), so I didn't feel it so much at the time, and at one point we even shouldered some ladies for chicken fights. Couldn't get up outta the bunk the next morning...my roommate had to pull me up. Not the most pain I've ever felt, but the most constant and long lasting. EVERYTHING pulled on 'em...even breathing hurt for a couple of weeks!
We've got quite a bit of film on Bonner, to be honest...

"I saw in the stat sheets that GT had like 144 yards passing, which is much higher than their season average. I guess starting two freshmen in the secondary hasn't work out very well."
