Not 15 years old but Wayne wards hit on that guy from wvu, 13 years ago!

Had a buddy do CTLT (Army Internship) in Korea and it is that way there. Had girls talking about him and didn't know it until another intern told him they were talking about him.

Those were impressive and exciting highlights but I didn't see much defense..hard to tell which unit was on the field in those highlights. I wonder if its one of those deals where the third team defense is on the field so that the offense can build some confidence.

He is saying to get the smallest one because it is most cost effective when adding on money. If you do the math, you are pretty much losing money with the bigger plans. Plus anyone else notice they charge you for silverware, etc in anticipation that people are going to take stuff? I know they are just covering themselves but that is basically like saying here, come take stuff, you paid for it already anyway.

Yah as I said, I only know this because a very good friend played for him at Navy. I just did a cursory google of "Paul Johnson Navy football team" and my friend comes up in the pictures. I'm not going to call my friend out but I 100% believe what he says. If he says Johnson coached kids how to get away with chop blocks then I am certain he did, but take it with whatever grain of salt you want. I believe in my friend and I believe Chop Gate happened for a reason.

Yeah, but after this Beamer apologized, unless I'm mistaken.

Plus, just because some WR doesn't want to square up Kam Chancellor in a fair fight doesn't mean that PJ personally instructed him to dive at his knees. Just sayin :)

Beamer is a stand up guy. He NEVER speaks bad about anyone. He barely even showed how pissed he was about Danny Coale's touchdown ripping the Sugar Bowl from his hands. And THIS he did get upset about and said something publicly. Beamer only apologized because he stepped out of his normal keeping his cool zone. No no, don't mistake his apology as him being wrong. He only apologized because he let negative comments go which he does not normally do.

Good god yall

Well that was quick...

First impressions? So pumped. I love the direction the QB rushing package looks, with all the scat backs that Tech has (JC Coleman, Chris Mangus, and even Joel Caleb considering he's spent time at WR) it gives them a TON of flexibility to play around with the shot-gun rushing attack. Loeffler can start in five wide and threaten the secondary vertically and horizontally, then motion a back like Joel or Mangus into the backfield and run zone-read type of play.

Logan looks quick. Didn't he lose weight in the offseason? He's moving around really well. Still doesn't look 100% natural throwing short, but he more then makes up for that with the way he threatens the defense with his feet. Once that Yellow Jersey comes off, he's going to shine.

Brenden Motley will get some snaps at QB at some point in his career, dude is a playmaker. Not sure if he'll be consistent enough to ever start, but he can play for sure.

Devin Van Dyke will get after ya. He has a knack for reading the lane and hitting the RB in the backfield, he's shown that all summer. I'm not sure how he is in other aspects of defensive play (coverage? consistency?) but he has that playmaking x-factor that all great linebackers have. He'll leave his mark on this program at some point. He showed great speed catching chris mangus from behind, but he should avoid horse-collaring teammates too.

Very, very positive stuff. I'm all about this Shotgun package. Remember when Stinespring wanted to implement the "Pony" package when he had Williams and Evans, but never really used it too effectively? Yeah, looks like Loeffler knows whats up when it comes to two back shotgun packages. Super excited, wish it would have been open to the public to see.

haha... you are seriously comparing PJ to TJ? Come one man... that's just. No.... not even remotely close.

I highly suggest Dr. Horrible's Sing-A-Long Blog. It's hilarious, on Netflix, and less than an hour long (Three 10-20 minute acts). Neil Patrick Harris portrays the title character, an aspiring super villain who is unsuccessfully trying to joing the "Evil League of Evil." Nathan Fillion plays his arch-rival, a pompous, narcissistic, d-bag super hero named Captain Hammer. Felicia Day plays Dr. Horrible's crush, an activist for the local homeless shelter named Penny. There's a notable cameo role played by Simon Helberg (Walowitz from Big Bang Theory) as Dr. Horrible's henchman buddy, "Moist."

One more important thing to note considering that discussion about Horse on a Treadmill started us on this tangent: The leader of the Evil Leage of Evil, Bad Horse, rules the ELE with an Iron Hoof!
Bad Horse and the Evil League of Evil

3 things stood out.

Motley is getting ridiculous. Leal better be looking over his shoulder. Motley got speed and game.

Logan Thomas on that read-option keeper! Reminds me of the "Final Drive." He looks faster than ever.

Chris Mangus may end up surprising a lot of folks, myself included.

LOVE THAT HARD RUNNING BY EDMUNDS FOR TOUCHDOWN! WAS THAT DRAGO LEADING?

Edit: Went back to watch the Edmunds touchdown run. Great job, but what caught my eyes was two things: BLOCKING that kept driving the defensive linemen backwards until they were on their asses. Drago, if that was him, and somebody else just flat out dominated in their blocking. /changes short/

H-YEAH! Now if they wanted to build that in with some backlit LEDs that run 365 nights a year, I wouldn't argue with that...
