I know you can buy it at grocery stores. I live live in Alabama just across the river from GA and just recently you can buy beer here on Sundays after 1 pm. Pretty sure GA is the same.

+1 for Team America Reference, -1 for getting theme song stuck in my head! And Pearl Harbor Sucks and I Miss You!

I don't know what kind of stuff you are into but I do not want to see him wearing anything close to a cheerleaders outfit. (Male or female)

When it first opened the lines were really bad, but after about a month the lines got quicker. A coffee and two donuts is only $1.88 on the meal plan.

In college, it was beer, cheap beer at that. Usually Keystone. After college it was better beer. Now that I am a sophisticated member of society (clearly since I went to VT) I will, for the Bama game to start, enjoy a glass of Eagle Rare. The setting for the rest of the day will have an impact on what I drink throughout the season. If I plan on drinking and watching football all day, I will throw in shots of Wild Turkey and beer afterwards. If i am just watching the game and then doing something else, it will be the glass of Eagle Rare and call it a day. (ok maybe 2 glasses)

No no, you're mistaken, London could never work Lane Stadium. Security inside the stadium requires at least a slight notion of how much time is left on the clock to watch out for kids rushing the field.

But I am willing to bet he would be great as a parking attendant. He knows how to talk to those young kids and relate to parents after all.

For some reason, now I can only picture him with an eyepatch leading Team America (...f*ck yeah!)...and I can't get the theme song out of my head.

Oh...and London at VT is the worst idea ever. Frankly I'm surprised we let him the stadium for the VT/UVA game. And anyone who thinks this is actual good idea, I point you to the last time we hired a UVA grad/coach....Ricky "Program Killer" Stokes.

He couldn't keep anyone from getting past him at UVA on the field, I wouldn't trust him with safety at Lane.

On game days, I just snort up some pepper spray...I stand in solidarity with Gangsta' Kicker Cody Journell.

I want him on the field immediately. I get a sense this guy has high IQ so we need him on the field now! Wyatt the riot! A healthy diet of Wyatt! Wyatt Earp! Teller the propeller! Don't even try it Wyatt! Remember that scene from The Program when the roided up defensive end ran around the parking lot smashing his head through car windows after he found out he was starting? Thats what this guy reminds me of....I too have a big man crush.

This thread got me thinking...does anybody know the beer rules in Georgia? Can you buy it at a grocery store or do you need to go to a liquor store? Prices compared to Virginia? Can you buy it on Sunday (to keep the celebration going the next day)?

Dammit, this thread just has me wanting to drink a bunch of bourbon at 10:00 AM while I'm at work

I would like the ACC to be a better conference in the long run so I root for them except that school off I-64. Besides us winning, few things get me happier than seeing an ACC school beat an SEC school. I hate the SEC because I feel they are way over hyped and I love watching them lose.

Mike actually had a lot of potential but chose NC State because of how the fans consistently booed Sean. I never liked Glennon very much as our QB, but we didn't have much of a choice until Tyrod came along. I have never, and will never be a fan of people booing their own players. When Sean was doing bad, the absolute last thing he needed was the entire fan base booing him and wishing he would just quit. If fans are so eager for wins, they should be doing their best to encourage and not discourage (the biggest problem with today's fans IMO).

I hope he doesn't get a redshirt this year. Even if he doesn't play a single snap on defense, I hope he's wreaking havoc on pride and joy. I don't think he'll be here anymore than 4 years, so getting him on the field in any capacity seems worth it to me.

I don't think too big is a concern if he can still be quick. If they bulk him up with DT weight then next year might not be plausible if he loses too much speed. Look at some of the DE's in 4-3s in the pros and other major programs. They range from 260-290. JJ Watt was a beast at 290 in a 4-3 in college.

I would think if they decide to keep him at DT, he will be a ridiculously solid 290-300lb DT by next fall.

Being an AD is akin to running a business. You have to have that mentality and I don't think Beamer has it. It's better for our Athletic Department to hire someone from outside that will rejuvinate everything after Weaver is gone. Someone that understands the value of coaches who aren't in charge of Football or Basketball and will give them the respect and pay they deserve. See the departure of Pete Hughes as an example. Weaver may have kept us in the black, but he crippled many programs by not giving them the support they deserve. Fortunately, some have overcome those obstacles with solid coaches, but those coaches won't stick around when an opportunity for more money comes knocking and we won't give them a reason to stay.

I have had good and bad days with fireball, like a relationship the more time passes all I can remember are the good times.

I think if Foster were coach, he would definitely be average or better. But I am a realist, and the realist in me thinks of best case and worst case. Best case, he will do great. Worst case, he won't and then we lose DC and HC.
