Thanks for the info! I do not work in the industry nor know how it all works. I just wanted to see what everyone thought and have those like you give a little more insight.

I'm so sad this isn't real.

Every year WVU has a fan vote for their shirt. I want this badly, so we need to make our word heard.

Nike you make this and it will be hotter than any Doerenbeccher release.

Pride stickers remind me of teams I dislike but I do love turkey legs..

Turkey legs

Been busy with work these past two days so haven't had much time to work on new options. But here is another more simplified one, in color scheme. I think it covers what everyone is saying. I used RealDeihl's suggestion for catch phrase on front that references the daycare element. And then added "Extaur Light" on back to reference our Metallica opening and the EXUMTAUR himself.

The PV is in the photo above... In the stands. Here's another:

Yea, the brown leather wouldn't look VT specific, mostly just pre-1940s football look.

I think that was pretty much done for our bowl game last year. And sadly, it has been retired by the University.

Climb the fence. HorseOnStairs

Can you drop a picture of the PV? I'm not sure what that looks like. As for the brown leather, it would be hard to still make it look like VT with the brown color.

You're right, it would only be visible during closeups on TV coverage, but that might be okay if the rest of the jersey works with it. It looked downright atrocious when I added color to the big cartoon bird. I don't want to be Maryland.

I'll work on some shiny metallic versions soon. Down the road I want to select the best square root of 1 helmet and one alternate for special games, then redesign a jersey to go with each. Hopefully TKP can keep giving me suggestions.

How are you able to get into the stadium, that's my question.

I agree. I would love to see the "win" somewhere on our uniforms, probably small.

As a designer, I think there is a lot that can be modern and use the stone as an accent. It is a bit unimaginative to just build a bunch of cube buildings covered in hokie stone. Why not mix the stone, glass, and metal but use some slightly non traditional shapes (I'm a Bauhaus guy)? Or abstract the gothic architecture. I'm hoping that one day my firm can get some interior work at VT.
