I will probably tweak them, although looking through old helmets the logo always seems to move and resize a bit. Really I just wanted to see what people think of the different colors. We've had white inside the VT for a long time.

That seems crazy to me. What if a Peninsula District School, lets call them Shmebus were to play against the big boys and lose enough games that they don't qualify for playoffs and thus never get to play a school that is similar in size? Fortunately in the real world Phoebus is always stout, or at least they were until I moved away and no longer have any idea how anyone does, and will likely make the playoffs and dominate against the smaller schools because they've been exposed to way better teams prior to playoff time...

I like what you've done. I would only suggest somehow incorporating Exum's #1 or "Swag" in some way, just to make it a bit more specific to him and really bring out the theme.
