Can't touch this da na na na na na-na... STOP! Stiff-arm time.

I don't think you will find much as far as reading coverages and presnap reads, that'll come with experience and coaching. Rhythm, timing, mechanics, arm strength, Accuracy, pocket presence, and leadership is what I'd focus on

I put it on my iPad. Only getting up there for the GT and FSU games, but it will be done for both.

Starting right tackle Morgan Bailey didn't practice Tuesday, and was in a walking boot. The contingency plan would be:

If Bailey is not available for the Hokies game, some adjustments may be made. Johnson said that left tackle Ray Beno has worked at right tackle in Bailey's place, with Bryan Chamberlain playing left. Backup right tackle Tyler Kidney could play in a rotation.

Chamberlain is a redshirt freshman; baptism by fire.

Yeah, I could use the stats from last year to predict the week 1 games, and I think I probably will just to check it out.

I'll probably simulate all of this year's games from the get-go, and start blending in this year's stats in such a way that by week 5 I'll totally be relying on this year's stats.

I love the different commentary you chose to compliment each highlight, it really showed the importance of certain games and the VT legacy of different players.

PS - really loved the minute showing all the domination over uva mixed in with our official commercial - Beginning with the VT on their field and topped off by MDavis holding the comm. cup haha. Go Hokies!

Why can't you use all of those previous previous year's info to predict week one?

Are you waiting to week 5ish to gather enough relevant info?

Sounds really interesting, just wondering what to expect

I finally revamped all of the work I did and just ran a test to see if this thing is worth pursuing.

Using the data and results from seasons 2004 thru 2010 I simulated the 2011 season and compared it to the actual results. It correctly predicted the winners in 521 out of 680 regular season games (that's 76.6% accuracy), and it correctly predicted the winners in 29 of the 35 bowl games (83% accuracy).

I'm looking forward to seeing how this thing does this season!

I think I have to back off the Evans comparison here, Holmes definitely doesn't like to hit people like he did (although it would be a great complement to Coleman), but it looks to me like Coleman has top end speed and an extra wiggle that might not be there with Holmes.

I'll revise, I can't wait to see them BOTH.

was not that Mizzell committed to the hoos, because I don't think we were serious about him. I agree, I think the target is Green. What got my goat is how this steaming pile of wahoo was going on about how London and the hoos own VA....it was almost more than I could take.

That is how you spend a Thursday night in the pre-season. Enjoyed seeing several clips I was there for!!! And the last minute is just....AWESOME.

Big Ups. Very Big Ups!!!!!!
