Does the T stand for "ten" or "top"? I always interpreted it as top comments but I guess this can be the new Cake v. Pie
Rojas with a 8-1 decision to advance too the semi finals
Coluccio with a second period pin to advance too the semi finals
Shift + N, T, M will give you the same in reverse order

We can haz Spenser nao?

Brutal ab workout FAM!
Then it's execution.
I'm not sure that killing them if they drop a ball is the solution.
If you have a keyboard case (magic keyboard or other) the shortcuts N = new T = Ten Votes M= My comment they should work without the buttons on the screen. Those buttons are there on mobile devices since the keyboard is hidden
If I remember correctly.
I'm gonna blame ND fans acting in bad faith for all this discourse about G5 teams "not belonging" this year too. I swear, this take hasn't been this prevalent any other year we've had the playoffs. Both of the teams that beat Notre Dame got in. Notre Dame got left out. It doesn't get much fairer than that. SYBAU.
And it's a slippery slope from "G5 doesn't belong" to "VT doesn't belong, they only played an ACC schedule."
In a hypothetical future where JMFF leads us to an undefeated season and we get left out of the playoffs, we should just crown ourselves national champs. That's the only way the perceived little guy is gonna keep their foot in the door. "Oh, we're undefeated but got snubbed? Guess y'all are scared. You're so much better than we are, settle it on the field." I don't care that it's bad viewing or a foregone conclusion or whatever, it's important G5 teams keep their representation. Can't have a chance to win if you don't even play, and it doesn't get much less fair than that.
It looks like if the browser window is narrow (like on a phone) you get the shortcut keys. I'm using the new windowed mode on my iPad, and if I make the window narrower, it looks like the phone site with the shortcuts. There is a setting in Safari to "request desktop mode" but I don't think that does anything for this website.
Not sure if you watched the OU v Bama game but that was the perfect demonstration of what I am saying. Both QBs were under pressure all night and both side had some drops from good passes and not good passes. The difference was that Bama WRs were also catching the passes that were not good, making up for drops. Behind them, over them, diving, jumping blind catch behind the helmet of the defender. There were so many bad passes but they were catching them. That's what a WR should practice and what a D1 coach should be coaching.
Then it's execution.
Would they not have made more money by playing in a football bowl game instead?...
Well, I don't think I've ever seen a punt get blocked by a teammate's ass before.
It's even worse than that. #121 ranked strength of schedule.
No, that's what you were doing, I was only engaging in that same conversation with you.
Again, the ESPN SOR index tells the story.
Why are you trying to play transitive property now? JMU went 0-1 against the ACC. Realistically they are probably a middle of the pack ACC team this season due to great coaching and QB play. The remainder of their roster just isn't good enough to consistently beat the top half of the ACC.
Edit: #18 SoR is a bit deceiving when their SoS is #121.
I would not be amused.
They lost to a fully healthy L'ville team who beat Miami. Are you suggesting that L'ville could win the Playoff? NSCU beat UVA, are they better than UVA?
I seriously don't see more than 4 teams better than JMU in the ACC.
EDIT: According to the ESPN SOR index, only Miami (in the ACC) is better than JMU. Every other team is below JMU.
JMU lost by 14 to the 10th place ACC team. They probably would have had 3-5 losses playing a full ACC schedule depending on who they had to play.
Oregon is one of the top 5 most talented teams in the country. Oregon spends more money on a single player than JMU spends on its entire roster. I thought JMU might make it a little competitive but the problem is that JMU is a second half team. They couldn't afford to be that tonight.
The most glaring statement that is being made to me is just how awful the ACC is. JMU, as bad as they look tonight, would have finished near the top of our fledgling league. Miami needs to keep reloading and figuring out how to play an entire season. Clemson needs to stop Clemsoning. FSU needs to get its shit together. And VT needs to get back to where it was 15 years ago.
79th strength of schedule
Technically speaking, the BCS was a one game playoff and we scored 29 points in that one. I think that playoff system was a bit more exclusive than the current one.
Correct.
Now...
Conference championships don't matter.
Bowl games don't matter.
Player development doesn't matter.
Program loyalty doesn't matter.

Yeah both JMU and Tulane had no business being included. Not like I want 2 more SEC or B1G teams instead but those games were not a good look for "playoff" football.
In any other sport, playoffs are the mechanism employed to sort through great teams to determine the best team. Not sure what having JMU and Tulane included is but it is not playoff football.
