I have not watched the recap yet. I haven't rewatched season 1 like I rewatched all of Stranger Things because I vividly remember season 1.
That would depend if he signed a clause that would require him to pay a penalty to leave the contract early. I don't know if it is in there, but for instance, Deboer has to pay Bama $4M to take a job in 2025.
If it is in there, it depends on whether the UMich is willing to compensate for such penalty.
And notably, if it is in there, and if UM pays it, it opens the door for PSU to pay for Deboer.

Maybe. Two counter points: 1) T. Smith recruits western PA (more Midwest than MidAtlantic), 2) B. Pry was the primary recruiter in VA for PSU, and despite coming to VT, Franklin still dominated VA and the rest of mid-Atlantic.
PSU doesn't have anyone with relationships established in Eastern PA and the DMV. Maybe they hire some coaches that do, but not yet.

Hold on a second. How many cases of cheating have been reported amongst college football coaches. Like HUNDREDS. We can't go labelling any time someone cheats and gets found out "compulsive sexual behavior."
Also don't tell me that people with clever attorneys don't advise them to cop to some type of mental illness because it IS protected. Just because they claim it doesn't make it so, and then he has to PROVE he has a history of that, which I'm sure would play well with the wife with third kid on the way.
I'm going to go ahead and say my belief level in this is: skeptical (at best, guessing it's a flat out lie to try to protect himself).
Edit: plus, if you do have a mental illness, the time to disclose that is during the investigation, not AFTER you are fired and try breaking into someone's house. Upon further reflection, I'm upgrading my level of belief to: calling BS.
