Sitake and Brohm are not going to leave their alma maters for a literal dumpster fire (no matter how much money the offer them).

He was on campus this weekend on an official. Is from Hopewell. Didn't commit to us yet, but definitely positive timing based on the recent official visit
BREAKING: Class of 2026 DL T-Ron Richardson has Decommitted from Oklahoma, he tells me for @rivals⁰⁰The 6'5 295 DL from Hopewell, VA had been Committed to the Sooners since Augusthttps://t.co/3RFAL3azlX pic.twitter.com/K4XHr2fCUg— Hayes Fawcett (@Hayesfawcett3) December 1, 2025
Wrong thread I think. I also included a link about Cleveland in the Dec recruiting thread
It would be nice to have a passing game again.
I'm curious, as I have used Yarn forever, but what's changed that is going to make you block them?
Zaevion Cleveland from Virginia Beach just said he is sticking with VT on his Instagram. He committed to the previous staff.
The stick for the season!!!
Like James Franklin recruiting
Don't like that you guys are going to make me programmatically block yarn.co embeds.
he makes it look so effortless....
I agree. More likely he enrolls at OK State second semester than flips to Tech (both seem unlikely right now). Also not sure how much more NIL money Robie has for that class. Interesting thought experiment when Tech landed Bo Bassett and Melvin Miller about having enough for them and Jayden James if he didn't decommit. Jax is a bigger fish than JJ.
ESPN has Huhn as the no. 10 pocket passer and Bergeron as no. 34.
For those interested, and I know he's not everyone's cup of tea, The Critical Drinker just dropped a review of the first four episodes. Lots of spoilers btw.
We are not well-positioned right now. Enter Sandman doesn't pique the B1G's or SEC's interest and we don't have much else to offer right now.
The longer the ACC can stay together, the more the Franklinification of our program can take root and make us more attractive.
Damn, we got some serious mo now!
The quicker the ACC implodes, the better it is for the mad scramble to the SEC or BIG. Remember, VT sits on some great TV Regions (DMV, Richmond, Charlotte) that both the SEC and B1G want big time.
it seems like so many coaches simply refuse to tailor their schemes to their players' strengths
I see this so much just in corporate world. Managers do a shit job managing and put bandaids in place rather than figuring out what employees strengths are and them positioning them to succeed.
I haven't watched the tape, but based on the rankings alone they seem fairly similarly ranked. Maybe in simply came down to the fact that Franklin already had a relationship with Huhn and liked him better.
Is it not market to have performance incentives built in to the NIL contracts....or is it just you get what you want regardless of performance. Either way, whomever struck the NIL contract with Drones, needs to reevaluate their performance scouting.
Huhn was committed to PSU with Franklin. I think on composite the Huhn is slightly higher than Bergeron still.

Pop would have turned the ball over multiple times with the way our OL handled any competent DL's pass rush. Give him 4-5 seconds and sure, he'll read the defense and drop an accurate pass to an open receiver. Ask him to deal with pressure from a pass rush, and he will take multiple bad sacks and likely fumble the ball

On the information I have
