OT: UNC RB Transfer from Ohio St eligible to play in 2018

Noticed this tidbit about last year's 3rd string running back at Ohio St Antonio Williams (290yds, 3 scores) transferring to North Carolina in April and receiving a hardship waiver to become eligible to play this season.
