Pitt Postgame FAM Thread

My blood pressure reached an unreasonably high level this evening - not only because of the way that game went, but how bad we needed this game with our remaining slate.

Blackshear with 29 points and staying out of foul trouble for most of the game. Hill with a gutsy 14 points. Outlaw matching KJ with 9 rebounds and hitting some critical flyers. Kabongo 100% from downtown. Bede with a grown man block at the end of the game to seal the deal. (Reminded me of Deron Washington at the end of the Duke game in Cameron.) A tough road win against a scrappy opponent that beat Louisville and FSU on their home court and is much better than their record. Pitt was out to end their 8 game skid today, laid down the gauntlet, and this team still found a way to get it done in a tough environment that we were 1-3 in during Buzz's tenure.

Enjoy the sweetness of hitting the 20 win mark at this time of the year. Big hats off to this team and their resilience they showed tonight.

FAM!!!
