"In Virginia Tech's case, it really is a rebuild. The Hokies went 25-25 over the last four seasons. Along the way, they've lost to 10 out of the 13 other ACC programs at least once (Louisville, NC State, and FSU being the holdouts). It wasn't just a coaching and play-calling issue for Virginia Tech. It was a talent problem.
