Saw this on X, and it flew into Dulles, likely for the BOV meeting tomorrow. This likely wouldn't be the plane they send for Franklin anyway. This was N51VT, the smaller of the two planes. Watch for N80FW, which is the Citation Sovereign.

Agreed. Dave Clawson said it best last night on the ACC huddle. Franklin walks in the door at VT and brings instant credibility and relevance back to the program. It will finally feel like we have a big time dude leading the program, who has accomplished a lot and is highly regarded in the industry and by players and the media, for the first time since Frank's heyday.
Evans was a better passer than drones but he was also bailed out a lot by Ford, Hodges and Phillips
This is exactly what we need and why I want him with the whistle.

Chris Coleman on his Friday Mailbag podcast basically said he anticipates Franklin to come in and shake the athletics department to the core. Wouldn't be surprised if it's an enormous culture shock to most everyone working there. Not only going to get a football-only facility built, but will likely push for and demand total overhaul in so many regards. Franklin is extremely detail-oriented and high energy from what he was saying. I can't wait honestly. If VT wants to compete, they need to get onboard.
You say that, but I just spent the weekend with my daughter doing open house, where I learned that what she *really* wants to do is Wildlife Conservation with a minor in Entomology. Don't get me wrong, I was impressed as hell with the CNRE presentation, and their job placement numbers are outstanding. But Entomology? *Shudders*
Sitting at a BWW with her in Richmond right now, and I just asked her, "So you want to be the bug girl?" And she's like yeah.
At least she's going to do it at Tech. ❤️

Tuten lead the Jags in rushing yards today. Would probably have 2 TDS but got hurt inside the 10 late in the game.
I maybe looking at my this with the old O&M glasses, but I feel like this is the kind of game we would have lost the last few years. You're going to have a clunker a few games every season, and sometimes your clunker gets met with an unfavorable matchup or a lower team's punch above their weight class. But they found a way to win and to win it by 8. Hopefully knocks the shine off a bit from the accolades of the first 3 games and causes them to get back to the grind to improve and get better.

Saturday for Men, Clemson list to Georgetown but everyone else won, even BC beat Temple.
Today Notre Dame lost in the final seconds against Ohio St. Miami plays #10 Florida later. Florida escaped Florida St at the line earlier this week.
Saturday on Womens side, #18 Notre Dame got steamrolled by #14 Michigan 93-54. Another ACC faceplant of epic proportions.
Today, #10 NC State lost by ten to #17 TCU. Pitt then decided today was the day to lose to D3 Scranton. GT also lost to Jacksonville today. All in all a really terrible week for the ACC.

That is a pretty good haul. 1st look at the team at this high level passed my expectations. Some of the youngblood really showed out especially Nininger & Campbell. With Sasso Burton and Crook all promising. 5 top tier matches in just over 24 hours. Hats off to them!
Nininger's only going to get better training with the Hitman every day. He puts up points like Andonian did but in his own style.
I read where Flosports (parent of Flowrestling) helped organize the event and inked a 3 year media deal to host the event. I loved watching the National Duals this early in the season - kind of had the March championship vibes but with the team scores coming into play.
