I wont debate whether or not NIL has anything to do with name, image, and likeness. But it does have a lot to do with contracts - if these kids (and they ARE kids) want to get paid like pros then they should expect clauses in their NIL deals to disincentive stupid-ass behavior like this.

Of course I have, but if it was the same week as a critical deadline, sales call, project delivery etc I wouldn't. (Or when I was younger, I might then pay the price later and realize it was a bad decision.)

Kind of similar to the Grayson Allen "indefinite suspension" that lasted until Duke played a good team lost to the Hokies in the first game of the suspension if I recall correctly.
