I have no idea how to quantify if any of these transfers are good... sometimes the transfers down are APR, but more often than not, they're guys who didn't have the work ethic to succeed at a blueblood. Sometimes the transfers up are Tuten, but other times their guys who just don't have the natural talent to play at P2.
TLDR I feel like I could take a look at a high school class and know how good we'd be in 2 years. No idea how to interpret transfer classes.
