Finally had time to do a little research on this before the show. They're listing events, pop up shops, volunteer opportunities, blood drives, and local recommendations of what to do while you're in town.

The Pry era of Virginia Tech football may not be successful on the field, but at least he's pushing the administration to invest, so the next guy will be (hopefully) better set up for success, then Pry was.

It's an away series but still not acceptable
All right, I'm all caught up on season two and I'm just all around really impressed
- The acting, the storytelling... It's all top-notch. Mon's facial expressions as she navigates traffic at her daughter's wedding... You can just feel her emotion. The way that scene was spliced with the scene on another planet was just fantastic cinematography
- It's looking like they're going to continue to release three episodes every week, and each week is going to be one year closer to the death star battle. We're essentially getting a Andor movie every week. I gotta wonder if the acolyte would've gotten renewed had it had this release cadence.
- I'm pretty surprised that the Star Wars franchise was willing to make a show that was this dark. Not only is this a political thriller, but the adult themes are front and center. they had a literal rape scene. This is a huge departure from Star Wars as we know it. As an adult, I'm fascinated, entertained, and on the edge of my seat, but there's no way you could show this series to a 9-year-old Star Wars fan.
UVA will use more of a chaos defense next year with Ryan Odom as head coach. He will employ full court and three quarter court press. Will alternate from man-to-man to zone quite often. Honestly it's something I wish Young would entertain. Makes it much harder to gameplan offensively against.
uh, yeah... dropping the opener to a .500 team that's 7-15 in league play is a pretty awful way to start a home series. At this point with only 5 ACC games left they need to win every remaining ACC game to have a hope of getting just one bye in the ACCT. Even then I can't see a pathway into the NCAA tournament that doesn't also involve winning the ACC tournament.

If Clements actually signs and makes a 53 man roster in the nfl, then yes... anything is possible. Drones will probably make him pay for his reconstructive ankle surgery though
