I used to walk from campus and downtown to my townhouse near Nellie's cave park. Blacksburg is totally walkable, if you're willing to do it.

To me we are a failure of a program right now. We have a head coach that will most likely be fired in the next couple of seasons and videos like this are a microcosm of the problems. We are all talk. The brightest spot of the program is we fired assistant coaches for the first time in 3 decades, yet we are still out there putting stuff like this on social media, its not helping recruiting that's for sure. Why are we wasting time and effort on fluff? That's been the entire Pry coaching experience, fluff. I really wanted him to succeed because he seems like the type of guy you want leading the program, but he isn't recruiting well, his coaching is suspect at best, his coaching hires have been mostly questionable (Mines is probably the only one without critism right now, maybe price). But this staff puts out lots of media which hasn't translated to anything. If I'm and opposing coach I'm showing Minnesota push us around like we're a JV team, no amount of weight lifting videos are going to over come the fact that aren't tough. And honestly, what in this video couldn't have been filmed under Galt?
This is a results oriented job and the results suck. How does this video or any of the fluff help us win? Wouldn't the tine and money to create this be better spent watching tape? Fans aren't showing up for this, they show up for wins.
I fully understand that I am completely out of touch when it comes to social media because I don't understand it at all and dont participate and I could be wrong, but how does this help us win? I really want this staff to succeed but they keep doing stuff that seems like a waste of time and resources. If we we recruiting well I'd chalk this up to that's what 18 year olds want to see, but we aren't recruiting well. We're program that is trailing Duke in football, we need to be focused on what makes us better and I doubt that is videos on social media. I'd rather have Ferguson go to a press conference say "we busy" and walk out. It would give me more excitement than anything the program has put our in the past decade. I just want wins and everyone seems more focused on the perception and not the wins.

Yeah... layups are hard to come by sometimes. Rose can hit the 8' to 15' turn around jumper and the left handed layup off the glass. But boy, those bunnies right in front are either too soft off the front of the rim, or too hard off the back. Carleigh's right handed scoop layup goes from the right side off the glass to the left side. Sometimes never hitting the rim. I know it's bound to be frustrating to them and I hope down the stretch those will start falling.

Electrocution, got it. So I assume I am in South Carolina, the only state where that is the method for the death penalty. Now what would I do in South Carolina? My affinity for pinball isnt an issue because i am over 18 so I can legally play it. Dancing at a club past midnight? I'm too old for that shit. What about seducing an unmarried woman after proposing to another woman? My game is so bad no jury would convict me base on any evidence provided. I don't own a railroad so I can't be held liable for scaring horses. I doubt I would put a horse in a bathtub, and while I can't find the punishment, I doubt that is the death penalty. So it seems that South Carolina might not be for me. However, Tennessee will use the chair if they run out of drugs for the lethal dose. I probably wont operate a 1 person bicycle with some one else because that just seems dumb. Also not using a lasso to fish, because ain't no one got time for that. Shooting animals from my car? Na, I will just claim i'm whale hunting which is legal. Carrying an ice cream cone in my back pocket? Seems really steep to sentence to death. No STDs so I am a free man, not locking me up for that (also its only quarantine, not death). Serving alcohol at my restaurant in an unincorporated town? Heavens no, I would set up shop in Obion County which has 30,448 residents which meets the requirements of having between 30,200 and 30,475 residents in the county. Obion County here I come! So I am in Tennessee smuggling those cute furry rascals that everyone wants as a pet. Since I have a restaurant in Obion county, right on the kentucky border I am bring those bad boys in via the bluegrass state. Now there are two species in kentucky, the striped skunk and the spotted skunk, which is only found in the southeastern corner of the state, which is really opposite of me as I am in northwestern Tennessee. Now Tennessee has both of these skunks so I might have to drive through Arkansas to Texas to get the Hooded Skunk as it is the closest Skunk not native to Tennessee. So this is a big ring I have going, I am bribing Texas officials in the counties around Corpus Christi as they kill skunks to preserve other game and to protect the money men in livestock and poultry, can't be hurting profits now. So I take these skunks on Texas's furry death row off their hands and drive them back to Tennessee. Note, you get $5 per carcass in Texas, so I have to pay more, with bribes to law enforcement, it's a 14 hour drive so gas is probably a lot if I am in a big truck. Also I can't find the price for a membership for the Four States Auto Museum, which is right on my way, so thats going to set me back. I'm thinking I'm selling these critters for like $300, but that is napkin math, i'd have a detailed spreadsheet if I actually had to bribe people, need to take copious notes of who you bribed so you don't double bribe.
Any who, I get caught because you can probably smell me coming from a mile away. Everyone knows I have people helping me but I am not snitch so I don't rollover. So death penalty for me, however it's a baby boom! So there is a lack of sodium thiopental for all the C-sections going on. Since Tennessee can't give me the lethal injection it's the chair.
I have done more research on what comes next and well, it's not pretty, but Beef with Gochujang sauce, a side of kale, a side of broccoli, and an extra large milkshake, like one of those 3000 calorie ones from The Yard, would do the trick to make my execution a not fun clean up. And all this because skunks are little cute animals that everyone wants as pets. Damn you Tennessee and you're stupid laws

A long way to go, and this certainly doesn't look like the final 4 team we had a couple years ago, but getting to the tourney year 1 would be a great place to be at year one for CMD.
