That's so cool that Cole Hocker is training and competing in Blacksburg. If I were Hocker, I'd petition to be allowed to wear my Olympic gold medal in all my races.
Discussed all this with my doctor and referring to a specialist to discuss these things. Thanks for the tips!
I'd like to hear if that works. I think you are much better off not being on a statin, unless not being on one is slowing choking out your arteries. The Calcium test can be real eye opener, or a reason to sleep easier. Measuring cholesterol is now being discussed as not nearly as relevant, but measuring what it is actually doing to you can save your life.
Orr is making 511.
Marve made 875.
We can offer Orr 250k more and still save 100k
also if you walk around a dick's sporting goods, you'll see shedeur sanders, cam ward, travis hunter everywhere on their in-store artwork

First home meet of the season, the Virginia Tech Invitational, is taking place in Rector today and tomorrow.
An indication that Ben Thomas is raising the bar is the number of folks competing in various events that are not college students to include Cole Hocker (1500m gold medalist) and Cooper Teare in the 3000m.
A lot of new names on the team so I am excited to see what the Hokies do this year.

It is a position where you PAAAAAHHHHHR-TAAAAAAY in between being a graduate student TA with one year of remaining eligibility.
i am hoping to swerve the prescription statins entirely with the Red Yest Rice Extract which has naturally occurring low dose of Monocolin K aka lovastatin, the first FDA-approved statin drug
I'd rather Pry win at some point. He will be fired if these new coaches don't work out, so I hope he is choosing wisely.
i think that's an uphill battle. of course the coaches want the policy revision that will benefit their football team the most. it's a nothing burger til it's codified, and i think it's unlikely because of academic side of things
I would rather Pry live and die by hiring his guys than using "was this guy an in-demand candidate at the time" as selection criteria
I don't really like his record as a DC, but I feel like it's hard to complain about hiring someone away from a national championship team if either of these are the guys.
Because there's no lubricant? For the train?
Hopefully with the new proposed transfer portal period there will be less optouts going forward
Yeeesh. We are officially to the level of hiring a DC who likely has no other interest from other programs in being their DC this cycle. That or someone currently unemployed.
"And that's what it's all about"!
He's been a DC at Miami in 2007, Memphis in 2008 when Pry was a DL coach, and for the Rams in 2013. He ran a traditional 4-3 at Miami under Randy Shannon, but maybe he has evolved?
Also saw rumors about Ohio State's safety coach Matt Guerrieri who was co-DC at Duke 2018-2021 and then co-DC under Tom Allen at Indiana in 2023. Walton seems to make more sense given that he's coached with Pry before.
After watching Letterkenny, I can't watch Rudolph the same way. Whatcha doing with that ostrich there, cowboy? Get lonely out on the range much?
I can get it down the road in Huntersville. I'll have to go search for some soon.
Read/heard some rumors that it could be Tim Walton (Ohio state secondary coach/assistant head coach). Don't think he's ever called plays, so feels like a weird potential hire.
No #Sauces, so could be/probably is all conjecture, but what else do we have to talk about right now? 🤷♂️
Trying to wrap my head around a player being out of eligibility.
No Hokies participating in the Trillion Tropical Bowl

100% agree with this take.
