Would have to double check exact specs of mine later but it's one of the stock Mizuno t24's. Got it last spring to finally replace my 13 year old ping wedge

If you are not a 3-4 HCP or better, bounce is very overrated - especially playing on different/public courses. You can get similar results- very similar with a proper flop technique with varying degrees of bounce. Technique is most important for that type of shot- open face, accelerate through the ball, etc. Bounce- esepcially on better wedges- Vokey, etc is for professionals. Just like Mizuno Blades, Titleist blades- they are for pros. They will do you more harm than good. Focus on practicing flop shot technique vs. dialing in bounce.

what is the bounce/grind on your 60? I do not own said flop off tight Bermuda and I'm faced with that shot a lot.

Yeah they killed my parlay. Shouldn't have put money on the wahlosers in the first place.

I think they thought they were in it for Banks...until they weren't. There are several decent options out there. In fairness, it's a more complicated decision than calling time out.

We just watch and hope. Every game is a new adventure and we're just really getting familiar with our players, their numbers, and what they have to offer as the team learns each other as well. Exciting, scary and then an excellent exclamation point to secure the win...we had a ball and to get to laugh at UVa. Priceless.

I had to read it twice before I got it. Well done.

Oh hell yeah big comeback fam!

I stopped watching at half cause it was just ugly was convinced we'd never break 34 points. What a good surprise this morning FAM

Keep thinking Lawal is a one year rental basically, no way he sticks around after this year once he's got performances like this out. Would have been fun to see him on one of the teams of the past with more talent

Making assumptions based on assumptions one has already made isn't a good way to come to a valid conclusion.

All we know right now is that we don't know.

The goal of the Athletic Director and the coach at this stage of selecting a new Defensive Coordinator isn't to mollycoddle the fans - it's to get the best result, and that's surely where their efforts need to be right now.

But sure, if you didn't like Whit before, uncertainty is absolutely going to cause anxiety. If anyone is feeling a high amount of anxiety over this process, they should probably go do something else for a while, as dwelling on it isn't going to change the process a whole lot, but will likely cause even more anxiety.

We could have tied up our selection weeks ago and not announced because they're still coaching and all the recent interviews weren't for the DC, but for position coaches that will all be announced at the same time as the DC. We're all making a lot of assumptions, including what we think the timeline should be. If the above scenario is correct and we have a signed contract, what would the rush really be to announce right now? Maybe they want to make a splash and announce the DC with who his entire staff would be rather than make the DC announcement and then let him do interviews and announce the position coaches over time. And what's taking awhile could be the position coaches hiring. Maybe we've even chosen all the position coaches now and the reason we haven't announced is it's the Ohio State DC and we're waiting until next Tuesday.

Who knows? Speculating is fun, panicking because we think we know what should be happening and when isn't fun or productive. Wait and see and judge when it happens, not before.

Sweeten the pot with LOLUVA blowing a five point lead in the final 30 seconds against SMU to lose 54-52. Boohoos now 1-5 in ACC play

This was a non-GMO whole wheat and quinoa grains. It was a store bought with rye as well.
But, I intend on trying sourdough store bought and homemade so I can see the impact on the bacteria partially digesting the sugars.

That strategy worked for me with milk. Unfermented milk sends me into the stratosphere; yogurt, cheeses, butter and kefir do not. I will test this again with my CGM to doublecheck and get a better idea of what is happening. I have many experiments to run through the spring.

I do note that this is a single data point and will confirm later. I will add that in this case, I apparently had a significant insulin response, I went from baseline to 70 point climb in an hour, then back to baseline in another hour. This is after being at or close to baseline all day.

It's going to be Tim Walton cornerbacks coach at Ohio St.

/s I just googled OSU defensive position coaches until I found one that overlapped with someone on our staff

but if I'm right mark this down and shower me with credit...and/or scold if everybody hates it
