Not sure I want to eat in a building that has had Guy Fieri in it.

Not sure if tickets will be tough to get, but for any solo Hokies looking to head out to South Bend, I've got one ticket available for sale at face value.

We have 400 Hokies and 8 Charter buses leaving Chicago at 8:30 AM to take over Southbend. I was told that they capped it and are no longer selling bus tickets, but am not 100% sure on that. We will be there by 10:30 AM to start pregaming for the 3:30 Kickoff and will be back in Chicago by 8:30 PM. I live in DC but am going with a large group of Hokies from the area. SHould be a good time, be sure to listen to he "Lets Go Hokies" chants on TV. I like our chances!

Rewatched the game last night and noticed at one point Fedora admitted to the sideline reporter that the rain had "kept them from being able to throw the ball very well."

Of course, I believe this report occurred about halfway through the 3rd quarter. At which point it didn't really matter. My point is, I'm so glad our coaches have brains in their heads and aren't stubbornly wedded to one way of doing things on either side of the ball.

So, if you want to own a gas station chain, open a dairy store?

The Heather Dinich dig and the Pastabilities dumb dumb haha. That was fantastic.

*trying to figure out whether poop joke or not.....*

yes

Great article Ryan. Are you even old enough to remembr the old Dome games? I am with Bud, that beat down we put on that VT was great. Seeing Donovan just pouting on the sidelines every time we scored and we scored a lot. I think it was the first time I ever saw Frank hold the pedal down to the floor on offense.

Side note: I was hard on Moto last year but I need to praise also and I do think he played very well last week and has improved this year. But like Bud said, there is room for improvement.

I grew up in Johnstown NY - 40 miles west of Albany. Unless Stewarts has revamped their store layouts and typical locations they can't really hold a candle to Sheetz or WaWa. They've always felt a little closer to sketchy gas station on the deserted road than you would expect/like from a regional chain.

I've heard that acceptance is key. Just be lucky all you got was a stare down. You clearly were spared of the ultimate fate so that you could go out and help educate others on the ways of the Bud.

I still remember the time I held the door for him and Wiles as they were leaving West End in '08. To this day I consider myself lucky that I got a nod of the head. Could have been much worse.

Love the shot of the red hoodie with Vick on the back.

Good, I'm not the only one who noticed that too... I've come to the conclusion this was done on purpose for comedic effect, in which case I applaud his efforts!

Reguardless where you find some, you're going to need to start with an orange juice based marinade. Gotta go 1-0!

I had to leave the stadium for a bit in the late 1st half to find my keys that I accidentally left at our tailgate - between the volume of the cheers and the MVs, I could pretty much tell exactly what was going on in the game.
