Why didn't they just wheel Sam in while he was in the ice bath?
"emotionally prepared" This dude is a crusher. Love listening to him because so much of what he says is in the nuances. Looking back at that game the difference between a close game and blow out was that we were emotionally prepared to play in the slop. Their players and fans broke before the end of the first quarter.

Because he's stated that he's not interested in doing a lateral transfer. If he ever left it would be to become a head coach at a big name. However with the new energy and new offense and his comments that he would be just as happy to retire in Blacksburg leads me to believe that he isn't leaving anytime soon. Plus I think his days of looking for an HC gig have past. Just need Whit to lock in CJF for a good 20 year contract.
