If anyone is interested in tailgating with a bunch of Hokies, we'll be in the Friday Center lots with the Alumni Chapter of the area. Bring Your Own Drinks & Food, but there should be a bunch of us together. No covering, but that's probably not a problem considering we're all going to get soaked by kickoff anyway. The good thing is, this is a warm rain, (we're already getting some of the outer edges) so it shouldn't be too bad.

Here's a thought. Staying within the framework of 8 games, what if the permanent crossover became a semi-permanent? Teams that want to keep their crossover rival can keep it, but the rest would get thrown into a pool to cycle through.

Although, it would likely only be BC and Louisville rotating between VT and UVA. I think all of the rest would keep their crossover.

Four of us in Section 222 - will probably move closer as I feel their may be some empty seats in between the Maroon and Orange.

Parking in Craige Deck

Come out to the Friday Center lots... we'll have a bunch of Hokies there.

Bring Your Own Everything, but there should be a good group. Plus, it won't matter where you tailgate, after 5 mins in the weather tomorrow, you're still gonna be soaked. Might as well get soaked with a bunch of tailgatin Hokies!

Got a bunch of people sitting in 201. Going to tailgate from my garage in Durham to stay out of the rain a bit.

I'll be in section 100. As for parking, it depends on your plans for before the game. There are several parking decks around Franklin St so I'll be parking there and hitting up some bars. It's a little bit of a hike to the game from there, though.

There are also some parking decks south of the stadium down the hill by the DeanDome and I've seen people tailgating in a couple of the small lots around the HWY 86 and Franklin intersection.

I think your coaching assessment is pretty subjective. Wasn't their talk about Whit considering Fedora for the job here? I think he has done a pretty good job at a school where football is not a top priority.

Also, winning in Tallahassee, even if this is a down year for FSU, is no easy task, Pitt is pretty solid this year, and they won 10 or 11 straight games last year before losing by a TD (I think) to Clemson.

This one's worse:

It's one thing to have a little fun with an upcoming opponent (there was some great back-and-forth with OSU last year, for instance), but honestly it looks petty as hell to be calling out Florida like this. We get it, Torrian left, the Dean of DBU, but this really undermines the "family" atmosphere our program tries to cultivate. Wish everyone who left the best of luck; if you want to have a little fun with Florida, at least only do it if we're playing them (bowl game, etc.)

Since it's on TKP click that shit and any ads 1000 times for additional revenue, and then let the person who posts it know how terrible their title choice was.

This is fun, but mine is Fruit of the Loom Double Cooked Pork.

That doesn't quite have the ring to it as my preferred method of your first pet's name/street you grew up on: Doc London

Leaving NoVA tomorrow morning at 7am to make the drive down. Sitting in section 201 near the band since most of us are former MVs, plus they were the cheapest tickets at the time. No idea where we're tailgating or parking yet though.
