Only thing to add- NE wind churns up the water and that means big drum. It also means heavy gear. I don't use chunks for drum- I use spot or cob mullet heads. You get just as many drum, but far fewer skates and little biter sharks that are nuisances.
This is a good tutorial on tying a fishfinder rig. I use 50lb shock, 50lb leader snelled to a octopus circle. SNELL YOUR HOOK or you will miss bites. This is how I tie my cheater snell knot. It hasn't broken yet.

Best bait-Spot head hooked through the bottom of the jaw straight up between the eyes. Make sure the point and barb of the hook are all the way through and no scales are on it.
Second best bait- fresh small bluefish heads (would recommend a 10/0 octopus circle)
Third best- fresh cob mullet head.
Sea Mullet (whiting in Florida) and Croaker heads will work.

I loved how Frank just smiled and waved at first but as the crowd got louder and he stood up, the look on his face gave me the impression that the feeling was mutual. We already knew that, but it looked so genuine. It looked like he and I both might've been on the verge of tearing up in that moment as he was standing there looking out at everything he built with his fans giving him a standing ovation.
Was it in retaliation for some bullsh!t? Or was he being a cocky sonofagun?

Yeah, ya gotta get at least one other guy who can row. The beauty of a raft is that it is the perfect float boat for a river like the New, but the problem is that somebody has to row, and if you are seriously fishing, unless anchored or screwing around, the rower has to concentrate on just rowing. Putting the guy or guys in the boat in position is essential, and tough enough to do to make a living at it. Hope you have fun. I've caught some nice fish from Rich Creek to Glen Lyn while floating from Bluff City to Glen Lyn. I used to really love running the Narrows Falls, what a kick, and there are some really big fish below the Wolf Creek confluence. If they're not hitting topwater, try some Senko type sinking worms in green pumpkin or other natural colors. Let us know how you do.

First post here on TKP, decided a "hell no" would be a good first post. Dreading this worse than Tennessee because of the implications for how the program will continue to be perceived if ECU continues to have our number.
It's not VT's or ECU's fault that they don't get the respect they deserve in college football, but it is what it is. VT's road back to relevance goes through beating G5 teams not named Houston.
