Also noticed the cincy chili hate on TKP twitter and I have to say Skyline Chili may be one of my favorite things in this world. I keep at least 4 cans of the stuff in my house always in case we get snowed in for a few hours. Carolina BBQ can piss off with all of their soupy meats.

I've never invoked a black swan argument, but wikipedia tells me it's this:

  1. The event is a surprise (to the observer).
  2. The event has a major effect.
  3. After the first recorded instance of the event, it is rationalized by hindsight, as if it could have been expected; that is, the relevant data were available but unaccounted for in risk mitigation programs. The same is true for the personal perception by individuals.

Ohhh now I get the joke. LOLUVA, nice.

I am stoked!!! The scale of the US makes mass transit very expensive. I would love to see something like this connect the major cities. Applying this on a regional or metropolitan scale would be much more effective as people seem to be gravitating back toward city centers again.

Well we can certainly sympathize with having your comeback crippled by backbreaking turnovers, but man, two pick sixes?

Usually when you say something that's gonna get you yelled at, you follow it with "ducks"

I fondly imagine George W every time

With all our fumbling problems, I dont think we need Williams getting in the mix too much right now. Mckenzie and McMillian are running the ball VERY well right now. I must say McKenzie has been a huge pleasant surprise and Mcmillian is a burner that has some moves as well. McKenzie, it is my opinion, will end up the most consistent back we have and become a star.

Looks like Cunningham made a clean cut block to the front of the defender. No idea why that was flagged. Helmet to helmet hit on Evans by #7 was called, that was the personal foul on the defense that offset the penalty called on Cunningham. The foul on UT should've have been the only penalty on that play.

On Teller's play, he makes a legal cut block on the defender the first time (coming from the front / the side) then the defender gets up and Teller cut blocks him from the side / from the back, which is borderline in of itself, but more importantly cut blocks back toward his own end line after the ball carrier was far far outside the box, which is a new penalty for 2016. It's the same foul he was called for at the end of the 1st quarter, but that call was questionable because the ball carrier was arguably still in the tackle box when it happened.

Teller's 2nd penalty was deserved, Cunningham's was not.

Is he a true freshman? If so, it likely just means he's taking a redshirt. Even missing through Week 10 with the stable we have currently, they'd be foolish to waste the year of eligibility.

Hate to see him lose a season. On the bright side, we get (a very fit looking) Marshawn back. Looking forward to fully healthy ShaiShawn after they flashed so much promise.

The age of Dragon ShaiShawn has begun.
