Oklahoma has been overshadowed by Baylor and TCU the last few years but they're generally one of the stronger programs in the country. Since 2000, they've only had three seasons where they won fewer than 10 games. Now that they've made the playoff, Baylor is a dumpster fire, TCU is rebuilding, and Texas still isn't back to being any good, they are the prohibitive favorite in the Big12 and have a marquee OOC game vs a rebuilding OSU. I would say they're 'back' but looking at their previous season records, they haven't really left.
