I really hope you're right; I do not want it to become prevalent in this country. As for Rio, I'm encouraged by the fact that's it winter and the probability of catching Zika has decreased significantly in recent months. But I still think Hope Solo may have the right idea.

So Murphy, Deablo, Patterson, Kumah, Wilson and Denmark are all brand new receivers to the program. Added with guys like Bradshaw and Carroll getting a look. That's 8 guys fighting to get reps behind Ford Cam and Bucky. Its just a numbers game at this point. A few of those guys are going to break out big time. My money is on Carroll and Patterson but the exciting thing is that it really could be anyone.

With the number of receivers we have coming in the '17 class, I think Fuente will have that depth he wanted real soon.

Unless there has been a significant effort by Brazil to rid themselves of the mosquito, its unlikely that is the case. They may be coming out of their winter, but that part of the world is still pretty warm, and they've been under full widespread epidemic for nearly a year now down there. We're panicking in the US because the virus has finally gotten to our shores, and our infestation of the mosquito is allowing the virus to spread like wildfire.

While it is bad in Miami (Wynwood has been issued a travel advisory within the US, the first time our gov't has ever issued a travel advisory within its own borders) its still only catching up to how bad it is in South America and the Caribbean. We've just been woefully ignorant of it because we think the US can't be affected by those 3rd world outbreaks. Well, now we are.

I'll say this, I'm really glad its almost fall and winter here in the US when the mosquito is going to go dormant for a good 6-8 months. Hopefully the CDC can discover a remedy in the meantime.

Really, ESPN had an issue with people "manipulating" a poll? Well, I guess it wasn't a problem regarding ethics, it was that someone else was probably beating them at their own game.

Great article Ryan! Very happy about our seeming lack of injuries, the injury bug has been especially cruel to us the last three years. I really look forward to Shai and Juice factoring into the backfield again. They went from one of the most promising duos, starting as true freshmen, to complete afterthoughts after all these injuries and setbacks.

Man that looks good - The anthracite really makes the orange look real good, and makes it look extremely modern. And if the styles change, they should be able to slap on a coat of maroon to make it scream VT again.

Can't wait to see the Bristol uniforms if they're the reported anthracite and orange like we've been hearing.
