He went with Paxton Lynch over an older more experienced QB when logic suggested otherwise.

I don't think this is a particularly good example to use as Lynch was the greater talent over the safe, more experienced option. (Sam Rogers is older, more experienced, safe option. TMac is the younger much, much more physically gifted, and productive runner.) The obvious athletic and physical differences, plus available production comparisons make it very obvious Sam Rogers is not a FBS caliber tailback, while we did have 1000 yard rusher who at times was brilliant. Using Sam Rogers as a primary ballcarrier will limit big plays in the run game, beyond any shadow of a doubt, compared to the likes of someone like TMac. Do I trust this coaching staff to produce a productive run game? Sure, they have the track record of doing more with less. But I think TMac is the obvious best option to receive the most carries.

well being 1-1 after week 2 isn't going to keep them in the top-10. Being in the SEC will keep them comfortably in the top-20, though.

Well geez, it's really hard to please y'all today. Would it make up for it if I gave a pic of the Spanish Women's Beach Volleyball?

I understand the sentiment, but the coaches are the professionals and I think CJF will find a way to make the running game productive regardless of what the depth chart looks like.

He had a similar situation at Memphis with the QBs... He went with Paxton Lynch over an older more experienced QB when logic suggested otherwise.

On a sidenote: Lee Kiefer...hmm. Yeah. I wouldn't mind taking a stab at that [I know, I'll see myself out].
