Wait the school president resigns but the basketball coach(s), AD and anyone else in the atheltic dept stays?
Depends on how we look in those losses. We have a more difficult schedule this year. Just want to see us be competitive in every game and show improvement on offense. I don't think going 7-6 (including a bowl game) is a very high bar hopefully fuente is aiming for 8+ wins even with the more difficult schedule.

Call me fickle but I'm loving what the coaches are putting out and I don't ever remember this kind of hype around our recruiting process. Just makes me think of the candy we're gonna get.
I hope we don't have a problem with a Hooker in our program.
(I don't mean this to be offensive. I had to read through your comment a couple times before I realized what was going on)

They've got a fast running back that is also a state champ in a bunch of track stuff as well.
That might be the fastest high school tape I've ever watched. It's hard to gauge whether he is that fast or everyone else is that slow. Or a little of both
wow, hopefully the coaches are keeping tabs on their own back yard....
Can confirm... student section thought he was going to score every time he touched the ball. First game of the season he could've had 3 or 4 touchdowns if it wasn't for penalties
If y'all want to talk about fast, check out this guy from Blacksburg High... Not a huge dude, but can outrun just about anybody as a freshman.
It is the offseason. Time to dream of undefeated seasons, beating Pitt 66-0, and getting all the recruits. Why not this year?

My God. I'm not necessarily good at telling which recruits are going to be good college players. I tend to be impressed with most recruits' highlight tapes (after all, they are the highlights), but one thing everybody can see is speed. And this guy is a burner. Fastest player on the field in every clip and it's not even close. He looks like he'll be an instant playmaker
If I'd have been offered by VT before my Soph yr of HS, I would've committed on the spot.
Then again, I had NO offers;)
I have this secret fantasy/plan I actually think might be happening and idk if this is the right thread for it but for some reason I think this whole secret commitment thing that's going to come out soon is a cornucopia of 757 recruits who are going to stay home to get us back to where we were. Like Williams, Garbutt, Hunter, and Capehart all announcing on August 6th (Williams declare date) and it makes sense since Burden was celebrating the most and he cruits that area. Anyway let me know what y'all think and what you believe our realistic odds are to land any of the above mentioned young men
