The coach might have to setup that play, in order to get that TD result.
Kid has time to grow, and hopefully he will entertain playing for his hometown college.
I can't tell if he's jealous that it never came to Athens or worried about facing it every year, but he definitely is aware of it:
I'm confused - is that what well coordinated offense with decent play design looks like?
So that means he is going to Iowa State right.
Oh, I agree. Maybe I should've clarified that my comment was directed towards the Defense (LB).
Seemed like the inside slant was one of the only highlighted routes..
Capehart rumors are getting pretty strong with his recent string of tweets and cancelling his visit to Umd. Coleman and Lablue from TSL both seemed convinced based on their tweets as well...
When is Hunter supposed to announce?
I guess not everyone remembers this testimony?

I love that kid, but something tells me he may be the recipient of a little chin music at some point in his baseball future.
Completely agree.
How does a kid that young have a swing that sweet???
That man was awesome. Period. From his Wikipedia page:
...one of his teammates on the 1971 Gulf Coast League Cardinals was Larry Herndon who was also his roommate. Savage would swing a bat into a hanging car tire as a regular training exercise in order to strengthen his hands and make sure he utilized his legs during swings. The technique was so effective that Herndon adopted it and used it during his own career as a baseball coach. Savage injured his natural (right) throwing shoulder after a collision at home plate, and he learned to throw with his left arm instead.
Leg for your research and analysis...not for the scumbag president :)
Is this a young Ethan Hunt?
Greene would be one of my kickoff return guys. I will never understand why he hasn't been the guy for the last two years.
Punt return is harder to call because the most important part is something you can't anticipate until you see them do it live- fielding the punt. So much potential field position is lost when guys can't field the punt. With teams doing more directional punting focused on hang time instead of distance, just catching the ball is huge. Stroman will probably be the guy, but my favorite punt returners are the guys who get up field quickly. If Fuente can find a Ricky Hall on the roster, I'd replace Stroman tomorrow. It isn't a knock on Greg- corner depth is more valuable and while Stroman can be explosive in the return game, he is hit or miss on impacting field position because of some of his more high risk adventures.
Probably so and will most likely be a part of Making Baseball Fun Again....they'll just have to take some lumps along the way to making it fun.
Wow. Just wow. That's all I can say.
well, apparently Deon Newsome is already a DB. Given that the guys behind our Big 3 are all freshmen, walk ons, or Jaylen Bradshaw, I doubt we see any more movement.
Fuente has made a major push at WR depth. Deablo, Kumah, Patterson, Denmark in house, and Pimpleton, Savoy, Grimsley committed (and Capeheart still out there)- suddenly there is a ton of young WR depth.
returns- they play a very heavily focused field position game
Loving the updates Jolly. Keep them up.
Did he study at the Mike London School of Time Management?
The hooker scandal was a very small part on why Ramsey was fired. It was mostly because of the ongoing investigations by the FBI about university executives misusing federal funds. In addition to that the university has forced a couple officials to retire early, giving them extra money to keep quiet about sensitive university info. Also the university has paid their top lawyer double her salary to leave her position and not sue them. The whole thing is sketchy.
On top of all the investigations, President Ramsey's Total Compensation has been a public point of interest here in KY. The university pays him upwards of $600,000 for being president. But he is also head of the UofL foundation which paid him $3.3 million in 2012, $1.9 million in 2013, and $2.8 million in 2014. These incredible payouts are significantly more than the previous UofL foundation heads have made. Ramsey's total compensation is also more than DOUBLE that of other ACC institutions such as Duke, UNC, VT, UVA which have higher academic profiles than UofL.
The whole thing is a scam in my opinion. Ramsey will still be head of the UofL foundation which is his real cash cow. He will continue to get those exorbitant payouts unless further changes are made. The foundation is the organization in charge of the financials of the University, which makes it a very powerful position he remains in.
So are we still in "The Sky Is Falling!" mode or are we happy? I just need to know.
Fireworks, pyrotechnics and all!

"Memphis got those stats playing Missouri State, Kansas, Bowling Green, USF, Tulsa, Tulane..."
Yes, but keep in mind, you're assuming the difference between Memphis' talent and MS, K, BG, USF, T,... would be roughly the same as it would be for VT. Not so. That was one of the selling points on the VT HC job opening - full cupboards with better talent.

The administration at UofL is a mess right now and it is truly incredible once you start looking into the details.
