Check your confirmation emails. I received a confirmation number with no tickets on it. Called them today and turns out the sale (and better seats) went through. Ended up cancelling the second order I placed.

Tyrod was a TRUE Fr and Glennon was also a 4* recruit....he just happened to be a pocket passer who never had a pocket to pass from

They get less in the current layout they will get full split share of profits from future TV/ digitial channel.

I have nothing against Moe's. I think the quality is a notch below Chipotle, but its also usually a little cheaper, and I can appreciate that. However, the coupons and promotions Chipotle has been offering in a desperate attempt to bring back customers have been really, really good. I feel like every other time I've eaten there this summer has been for free. And I imagine the risk of getting sick from it is an all time low right now because of the scrutiny they're under. Also, there are no Moe's in my area.

I hear you. After lurking on imgur for so long, I think we need an archive of gifs that can be dropped into various backgrounds, like Disappointed Tina Fey, It's Not Unusual To Be Sam Rogers, Joey Philips Tossing The Mullet, David Wilson Peace Out In A Sweet Ride, Bud Foster Cartwheels, Nick Acree Jogging, Frank Beamer Cheering 0-0, etc.

Good call on the trout stuff. I'll add that I have had a few times of outstanding success in the OBX surf with a double jig rig. Just what French said (although I might use a four inch Gulp on the bottom and a three inch on top with a slightly lighter jig head. The way you tie a double rig is sorta up to you, it isn't exactly easy to tie it just right, but it is super effective when in schooling fish. Nothing like hooking up with two 18-20" specs in the surf. The slow drag is also a trout killer. Tendencies are to jerk the bait, but trout like it low and slow in that situation. I have done well fishing the areas on the south side of the fishing piers. Light tackle makes this a fun thing to do. There is also some good trout fishing in the sound, and Gulp Jerk Shad on a 4/0 Gamakatsu offset worm hook, no weight, can produce, as can Mirro Lures. As for the double rig, tie it so that the top bait when hanging down pre-cast is at least 8" above the bottom bait, and make double sure of your tie on the top so it is sound and won't slip.

They get less per ACC football game than every other member and every other member makes more because of their presence. While the exposure advantages of the NBC contract are significant, the monetary advantages for ND on NBC are negligible. Factor in their increased travel expenses over everyone else (they have to fly everywhere for everything) and it drops further. And their decision to remain independent...basically the flexibility to play 1 or 2 different opponents...effectively limits their access to the CFP.

While I agree their other sports boost the overall brand they are getting double payments for football, NBC AND ESPN.

It saddens me that in today's college football landscape, a "better" coach may not have great coaching ability, but they can sell their school and get good recruits to commit. I feel that if we could ever get over the hump and remain nationally relevant for a year or two, this will help take care of itself.

If we could revamp the way recruiting takes place and do away with non-commitable offers and let players commit early, I think it would greatly benefit the sport. I don't like the way the sport is progressing.

A couple good points were made below about ND boosting the overall payout for everyone, so its a win for the everyone to have them. But I'm still jealous they get money from both, and I find it hard to believe they will ever join the ACC in football if it means giving up the NBC contract. Maybe they'd pull something like the longhorn network where they are in a conference but have the ability to negotiate their own TV contract.
