True, I guess I made it sound like the hand was the only reason, it wasn't. I guess my bigger point was that we weren't setting him up for failure by putting him at de and not lb or safety. While he's on the light side, Vic Beasley was a top 10 pick at almost the same size, and many college defensive ends end up at olb now that 16/32 teams run a 3-4.

Because Devon Hunter is a different class of a recruit. Garbutt is a regional talent. Hunter is a truly elite national talent. You want the guy that has the highest chance of being a game changer. That looks to be Hunter.
Obviously we want, and I think have a decent shot, at both. But if you have to chose, you chose Hunter

My top 5 in no order would be: Ohio State, Florida, Stanford, Texas, North Carolina
I mean, tough to know without seeing practice, but yes, Mitchell technically just handles CBs, while Scott is in charges of safeties. FWIW, that does seem to be how they're handling things at the prospect camps they've been running this summer.

If you don't feel confident in your crust taste/consistency, cobbler mitigates that risk a little by cutting the amount of crust by roughly 63%. By the same token, a crisp is basically the tricycle version of pie: all filling with an impossible to screw up crust alternative.

Would be an interesting article IMHO 2 compare contrast. Have 2 imagine it would be a little rough calling out specific players...
Whether you write it up or not, should be interesting in that the next couple of years may force Bud and Charlie's hand, and/or they may have sufficient size up front to see a more stable "front gap fit"... and we may see more LBs playing aggressively in the gaps, which could in turn lead to better recruiting across the board (all though I actually feel like we're looking pretty good with the talent level across the DL). Probably a misguided hope, but I can't imagine I'm alone.

I still think he could make a ton of money at tackle, but it looks like guard will be his road at VT.

I have long been a Hokie fan, and to be honest, back when my fandom started, we were more successful in basketball than football, so it is fantastic to see the relevance rising in time to catch another generation's attention. I definitely relegated basketball to second best when the Hokies started their rise in football, just so much rabid fandom and participation to go around, but for a while, I maintained season tickets in both sports, and living near Blacksburg, I would routinely attend baseball games in the spring as well. Buzz is definitely a great addition and his accomplishments are already paying off in excitement for fans looking for more Hokie thrills.

While the competition is good, neither system resembles anything the opponent will use early on the schedule. Where Fuente can make a difference is to improve the depth and talent of the team, and encourage the scout O and D to provide better looks.
Depends on how heavily they weigh Bass Fishing.
I'd just weigh the winners and runners up of the Director's Cup from recent years.
So:
1) Stanford by a wide, wide margin
UCLA, Florida, UNC, OSU, Michigan, LOLUVA, PSU, A&M...Grand Valley State, Williams...schools like that.
