I think he is on the team no matter what. No does he see the field is a different story, with effort like that I think he will.
Pretty good considering the throw. Not sure if it's on him to get the CB deeper on the route or that throw should have been on his other shoulder. Either way there is a ton of potential here, he looks quick with great hops (obviously).
Can you imagine how many times the horrible Raycom announcers will reference the fact that he's a basketball player while butchering/making up his name during "commentary" if he makes the team?
Karl Hess would have called offensive pass interference on Devin
excellent point....
You have to consider that the QB made the correct read (no safety help) and so went to the fade. Of course since this is a practice scenario, it was just WR on DB 1 on 1.
I'd say just be happy that the schools are able to sponsor their own football camps for potential recruits. The only football camp I remember regionally was the Chris Hamberger Football Camp in the DC area, and I couldn't even attend that one after getting grounded. Kids/players nowadays still got it easy. HEY BOY, GET OFF OF MY LAWN!
Posterior plowed
Buttocks battered
Fanny flamed
Heiny hit
Keister killed
Gluteus Gashed
ok...that last one made me throw up in my mouth a little bit.......I'm done.....
.......for now
That comment is so true, and deserving of a turkey leg in my eyes. Seems like we lost that 'BeamerBall' advantage at least 10 years ago. Here's to hoping we get some of that back with the new regime.
Better yet, I'll write you an actual Letter, on real stationary, requesting a formal invitation to tread upon your fine lawn.......
Only concern is, if the corner had safety help over the top, that's a long interception return.
That being said, I want to see this kind of fight (and ability) in practice.
Paywall...TOS....blah.
But this news ^^...

I got yer back!

In all honesty, we tend to be pretty argumentative about an incumbent starter who hasn't looked lights-out in the previous year. We'll be having this same argument if Motley ends up starting at QB.
You can see he's got a mind to keep it in-bounds, too.
Anytime you got a guy that big, endurance will always be a question. 'Refridgerator' Perry couldn't play more than 3 consecutive plays without needing a breather, but if this guy can be our 'Fridge', we'll have something.
Looks like a natural. You can tell he's played some football in his recent past. Always good to see a guy never give up on a play until it's over. Could be a nice grab for the football team!
In response to a Q, I posted info in that should not have been shared. It was not from behind a paywall, nor was it inaccurate. But it was inappropriate and in hindsight, I should have known better.
This is a great site in large part because the mods do an outstanding job. My confusion is why leave a question that can't be answered without violating TOS on the board?
Hell of a catch.
If he were any good, he would have caught it clean! /s
To me that physicality you speak of is related to the mental aspect of the position though. He has power and he is one of the more physically gifted Mike's we have had in a while. He just needs to learn and adjust to what Foster really wants from him. His mental tie up was resulting in him moving lateral more than downhill which resulted in the inability to drive through a player when making a tackle.

I'd like to know the policy as well. My understanding is that you can say whatever you want. If you have information that you want to share, share it. It's just not right to post links to stuff behind a paywall. The way I see it, if you paid for the information you can do whatever you want with that information. If someone asks for your source, you'll just have to tell them to trust you.

Wait so it's not pronounced 'Jraphics'?
Long hair don't care. Jif is just easier to say and sounds less like Goofy laughing 'Gah-hiff' 'gah-hifff'
