Shit, I always was afraid this would happen. For some reason he was in the doghouse from day 1. From a fan's point of view it seems like he got a bad rap, but Buzz obviously knows these guys way better than I do. I just hope we can find a reasonable replacement because if Outlaw isn't ready to go, the wing suddenly doesn't look so deep.

That is not what I said at all. There is a fundamental difference between admonishing all political conversation because it is against the guidelines and saying I disagree with the political views of the individual whom the post concerns, so take it down. Thats just fanning the flames.

That shocked me. Not thrilled about this one, but I am thinking he may not see many minutes in the years ahead and wants out while he has two years of eligibility left. With Robinson coming on strong and Hill coming back, it looks like a crowded backcourt.

I didn't ever say his contributions "cancelled out" his transgressions.

I just don't agree with the "he should have never been born" comments. I think the vitriol is too damned high for any allegations I've seen.

He's not a serious criminal, as far as I know. He has had some low-level, thuggish-type run-ins with the law. They cost him his Virginia Tech career, and are going to continue to cost him. The courts will sort that out, but ultimately he does need to straighten out his attitude and his life. He's a disappointment, but that's about it.

We could always trot a tailback out for a real power look and line them up wide if we had to.

Not so sure if we lined up Shai out there instead of Sam that we'd get the better, or even the same, benefit. Sam will dominate as a blocker out there, and if he can run a few more routes than he already can, then he'll only make himself (and us) that much more dominant.

Well, you just made the post more political with that comment. It's one thing to say this post is political in nature and against community guidelines, but another to say I don't agree with the political views of the subject, so please remove.

Well, when Buzz took over it wasn't a bad thing that a ton of players transferred out (not the case with Hudson), but transfers were obviously very common (and annoying) during the Greenberg era.

Man, I'm so tired of seeing Hokie basketball players transfer every year. How many bball players have transferred out of Blacksburg over the last decade? It's felt like a ton.

I'm going to miss him and his patchy beard. He was the nicest kid and has the talent to be a tremendous player. I wish him all the best.

As frustrating as he was in terms of consistency (or lack thereof) I still think this will hurt. I was looking forward to seeing if he could channel his inner Tyrone at all times. If he can, some team is going to get a hell of a player. Hope Buzz can bring in Holden and maybe another big guy for next year.

Honestly not shocked by this. I heard from #sources about a month back that he might consider transferring. He's a really talented player, but he probably saw a lack of playing time with Hill coming back and possibly Outlaw as well. I wish him nothing but the best, and this means that Buzz is going to search the open market even more than expected.

I agree with removing this thread - as someone who doesn't agree with the late Justice's view, I don't want this site to become another UWS shit-show. Please remove accordingly.

I'm...not happy about this. Still, I hope Jalen finds success out there. He has some crazy potential to be a very good player. Just hope he doesn't do it against us.
