Beautiful fish. I noticed the rig you have. Is it absolutely necessary to be able to cast extremely far in that area to get to the fish? How long is that rod and what is its stiffness?...
I know, PHRASING! Fishermen understand...
Thanks for the insight. I look forward to the rest of the schools. On a related note, I believe this Google Photo Sphere was taken during the VT/BC game this year. It could also be there game against Wake Forest. However, the visiting team is in all white, as VT was, and Wake Forest wore white and gold.
We got ours the day we were leaving for Spring Break (today). So, we're taking him on an adventure.
We've dubbed him "Tool."
Our first pic for Tool is as we are passing the site of the Battle of Bristol. There are lots of advertising all over Bristol. He found a comfy spot and settled in for a nap before his workout begins.
We are headed to Asheville for a few days of research and meetings.

4-star 757 WR Tahj Capehart is on campus.
Just arrived in Blacksburg ! #Hokies— TC14 (@Tahj__) March 29, 2016
VT Alumni just picked it up, another ~7k followers.
Thanks, cooling period over. I just did it again and got us from 56.85% to 57.3% before it kicked me out again. Will check back again in a few hours.
Outstanding work. I look forward to the future entries.
BRILLIANT. I love this kind of stuff. very informative. thank you vtdlang for this time you spent putting this together. I look forward to the next installment.
Wanting the backup to play doesn't necessarily mean you think he is better than the starter.
Yes but this was certainly the case here. The mob wanted Tyrod because they felt he was intrinsically better than Glennon. If you remember during that season people didn't just want Tyrod to close out the LSU game but they wanted him to go ahead and take the reigns as the starter. I very distinctly remember arguing with a ton of fans at games throughout the season who would boo/complain when Glennon would enter the game. I even remember him getting trashed on social media all season by some of the fanbase.
sometimes you need to just switch things up when things clearly aren't working
Sure but you're acting like Glennon "wasn't working" the rest of the year. The issue isn't bringing in the backup to finish up a game that is a lost cause. The issue is jumping to the conclusion that the backup was automatically better in every way the rest of the season than the starter based some things that happened in one game that were far from just the starter's fault.
This is the exact same mentality that lead people to argue that Lawson should have been named the starter over Mot half way through the Pitt game last year.
No one is arguing that Stinespring was a great offensive coordinator. The original premise is that Loeffler was "a significant upgrade" which I disputed.
Dude you just opened yourself up to a world of bull-rush. Personally I would say that his most glaring fallacy was his in-game inability to make effective adjustments (or any for that matter) and help to put his players in the most effective situations to exploit opposing D's. This is just a simple (yet truthful) generalization of course. IlliHokie and French can provide ample statistical details and examples.
Thanks for the informative article. I can imagine many hours went into it!
The pool facility looks very weak for today's D1 standards. War Memorial looks better, and VT swim/dive has that plus state of the art Cburg facility.
looks like the captcha has been removed as well. dang regulations were too restrictive I guess
How Baton Rouge made it this far is a sign there is nothing going on there. That place is a humid bug-infested swamp with a stadium. No way should that even be near the final four
The voting for the final 4 is open, you may have to refresh the page if it doesn't show up the first time
I tweeted every Blacksburg-related twitter account. Roanoke Times picked one of them up and retweeted it, so hopefully that helps.
Looks like the polls are closed. I'll just leave this here in advance...

No way to know if he'd have become just as good from redshirting. You can't answer that as a definitive "yes".
Wanting the backup to play doesn't necessarily mean you think he is better than the starter. Everyone has off games and sometimes you need to just switch things up when things clearly aren't working. Tyrod, again, was a horrible example because he justified the call for bringing him in.
If you want a good example bring up one where people called to bench a starter and the backup came in and did terribly. Maybe Logan Thomas getting pulled for Mark Leal or something along those lines.
Love the comment. Written as if you have experience in big data sets or do science for a living or something.
Nope, you're correct. Hence the reason for FBS.
What type of fallacy is his stat?
The Square is cool but other than that there isn't a whole lot going on.
Damn, I thought we still had time...

I hope Leoffler pulls a Leoffler and gets a running game going, then proceeds to start slinging it all over the place for no reason.
