I was so bummed after last night that I haven't been watching much today, but damn am I glad I tuned in for McFadden's bout. I wasn't his biggest fan after he got pinned in one of the duels. He just won that match and ran over and jumped into Couch Dresser's arms. How cool was that. Brought a smile to my face.

So far in the Friday evening session, Brascetta and Chishko have advanced to the fifth round of the consolation bracket.

One more win would guarantee a top 8 finish and All-America honors.
Correctionn, they're already All-Americans.

Just realized Syracuse, a team that should not have made the tourney, is now likely to make the sweet 16.

I find that a number of articles on the ACC blog are well written and well researched when it comes to comparing statistics. That being said I definitely think Ford is the front runner but there could be some stuff competition this upcoming season.

I just wanted to go on record (in case nobody else has said it to you before) to offer my deepest thanks to you for putting these together for each game this year. I can see there's a lot of time invested in producing these, and I for one get a lot out of them.....I find myself watching the games and thinking back to the breakdowns you've given on specific players, schemes, etc. and enjoying that knowledge you've given me as I watch the games.

Once again, thank you, and......

I like Izzo but I live in Big Ten country and all I hear about is how good all the Big Ten teams are all the time, hence I want them all to lose all the time just so everyone will shut it

EDIT: everyone can shut it! Wohoo!

Luckily I had sparty losing to Utah in the sweet 16, and uva losing to Utah in the elite 8, so all of that is still alive for me, and the sparty loss really doesn't hurt me that much, especially considering how far most people had sparty going, thereby giving me a lot more possible points remaining than most. 13 out of my sweet 16 are alive & well right now, and all of my elite 8. I'm stunned how well I'm doing this year compared to last (where i completely shit the bed), considering i spent all of 3 minutes filling out my bracket this year.....of course, I'm sure I'll still get sucker punched by somebody's loss to send my bracket into utter chaos at some point......

As stated in the article Tyler Boyd was the best WR in the conference last year and possibly the last 3 years. Ford had a great year but will need to duplicate that to be close to Tyler Boyds career. Great article for Ford though he has big time opportunity to make some money next year.
