Overreact to every single Bryan Stinespring decision.

What's this key next to my name?!
Where am I?!
What day is it?!
WHO ARE YOU PEOPLE?!

The 6th Birthday of TKP prompted me to try to find the first post ever... Boy how we've grown.

There are some great pics on that site.
They need a new pic of Cassell with it full, that one is embarrassing - and hopefully a permanent thing of the recent past.

Well, according to the NCAA, in 2014 UGA averaged 7,517 attendees per game, while GT averaged 6,201. Duke averaged over 9300 (basically a sell out), while UVA averaged over 13,500.

I was in school from 08 - 13, and even when Duke/Carolina was in town during the Delany/Allen years, I was always able to get tickets, and never spent more than $30.

While I don't agree with it, I get the desire to redo Cassel, but to justify making it larger, you have to prove that the changes will bring enough new revenue to cover both the initial costs, and costs to maintain. I don't think Cassel is/was the problem - I think the on the court product is. I don't know much about the athletic department's budget, but given how few donors we have, and how much we are spending on new football/basketball coaches, and we did/are spending on the Beamer Barn, I don't think anything beyond a face lift of Cassel will yield a positive ROI. I don't foresee an expansion attracting some untapped portion of the fanbase to a 7pm game on a Wednesday night.

Ok, fine. [insert other ACC stadium here]

Think it is because they can't count?

Wasn't there a quote last season about a player saying his number was L5?...a shoot, I mean 27

Jesus, JPJ is a multi use facility and Cameroon is a place with so much history it will never be changed majorly.

Imagine how much worse the sentence would've been if he hadn't said all that nonsense.

I still think that there's hope for his release. I think they made the sentence so severe, in part, to create a bargaining chip for future negotiations on sanctions relief from the USA. I heard an interview yesterday with a lady ( a Korean-American, I think) who'd been sentenced to 12 years hard labor for something similar. They ended up releasing her after about 140 days in prison. Of course 4+ months in a North Korean prison is not a walk in the park, but there is precedent to hope that this guy won't actually have to serve this entire ridiculous sentence.

So what? We get our shit going (which we are) we'll easily surpass those 2. Come on, build it and come!
