Gotta be better than the Alabama Hot Pocket.
Ha - in that frame, I am the guy beside the girl in the white shirt in the upper left.
Still to this day, i remember this run sounding like an F-18 flyover as he ran down the sideline.
I don't know, man. That milkshake could have been so good it just stunned him.
Yea it's crazy how far some of those programs have gone. I know in Duncan most of the PeeWee leagues run all the same packages that Byrnes runs in an effort to start preparing the kids for high school.
Co-sign on David Wilson. Dude had jets.
I remember seeing multiple reports that D-lo ran a 4.16 at VT.
And now there is a Hokie at the head whistle position at Ocean Lakes. Hopefully that spells some good for us in the future. Lots of good kids coming out of there in the next few years.
Why in god's name did you have to share this site??? My wife is going to kill me....
There have certainly been a number of "fast" guys at VT. But I've never seen anyone make as many people look as slow and stupid on the field as Michael Vick. Straight Boss!
Yea - here is the link to the duke clip via ESPN....
Ray Ganong is an intense guy... from the Duke game last night.
another good place to look is Helmet Nation.. I have 2-3 VT ones from their and they're all spot on.
ranges from $90-$300 so much much better on the wallet.
So, I thought I would look up the benefits of being a PWO. I might miss a few so if anyone wants to add:
1- you are listed on the 105 man roster
2- you compete against everyone with the opportunity to win a scholarship with your play
3- you receive the same benefits coaching, equipment, etc. as other players
4- Food is provided only at team events, meetings or any event for whole team, otherwise you receive a bill
5- You receive a bill for everything else
I was really surprised and impressed that Dean opted to be a walk on, he is a pretty highly rated guy to be a walk-on. I have heard he grew considerably his senior year, I wonder if he has the frame to be moved to the OL
Getting Hilgarted just sounds dirty to me for some reason.
Of course there's also: D-Lo, Jerome Mathis, David Wilson, Eddie Royal.
Chase's dad (Curtis) and I graduated together (same major). I can tell you he is a smart/hard worker and comes from great stock.
For me, it was the run to set up Graham in Morgantown. Gliding towards the sideline, about to step out, then engaging afterburners leaving the cousins in a trail of dust.
That settles it. Moving on. Next topic?
I like the attitudes. Seems like they're workers and motivated. At the very least they should push some other players. A rising tide lifts all boats.
Yes.
I'm sure it will look more proportionate once he gets gentrif... dangit. Hilgarted?
The Mummau Returns
Well in comparison, you're being super responsible
Thanks for posting this. I've been waiting for this auction to get started. I have a fledgling helmet collection, so I've been checking the auction page every now and then since the season ended.
For those of you interested in the tri-color, Schutt makes a pretty convincing replica. I have one, and the major difference is the maroon outline on the VT isn't as thick as the authentic helmet.
I've seen replicas for "The Beamer" in Campus Emporium, but the numbers are too large. It looks pretty cheap. I'll probably go after one of the metallic orange helmets since you can't seem to find those anywhere.

Yea, and then there was this from a few years back.
Michael Vick is Fast.
