Please tell me that one of them is a "dude dude" folder.
I've been up here for 13+ years now and at least 5 of that was 'reverse commuting' out to Herndon from Crystal City. The beltway bandits have all put up office buildings in Reston, Herndon plus a number of office campuses along 28. A lot of times it is just a matter of where the client is based out of.
Your post sums up my feelings about things quite well. I do think, though, that so far, the tough losses and smackdowns haven't seemed to hurt morale. This team seems to grow from each experience. They just don't seem to be negatively affected to the point of carry over. I really think that's Buzz's influence, and every game I watch just makes me appreciate him even more. I hope the UNC game gets played Sunday, I hope the hometown crowd shows up in droves, and I hope they're ready for what could be a really entertaining game. Wish I could be there.
It was glorious! I sledded for at least a week straight!!
No school for a week or more. I feel old all the sudden tho...
That is being mean to a dump.
edit: fixed

Auguste and Colson are way too quick for Satchel. Instead of bullying Henry/LeDay around the basket they would just glide right past him.
If Clarke were healthy, this game could have been a different story. He is probably the best pure rebounder on the team and would have likely kept Auguste and Colson off the offensive glass so much.
Edmunds broke off a 70+ yard TD run against Alabama. I would prefer he get those carries.
But, now that he's gone, we need to add a RB.
The fact that any weather service relies on people to distinguish "salmon" from "medium beige" (going by the 128-color box of Crayola crayons I had as a kid) to determine several inches of difference in snowfall is absurd. The colors are different, but I can see how they are hard to distinguish. Why we don't have standard rainbow gradients for everything is beyond my comprehension.
We also had people say that Shai was ready last August. And he clearly wasn't.
Maybe both of those guys will regain form. But until I see it, they are in my "hurt dude" folder. Yes, I have actual folders. Color coded.
Huh, that's weird. To me, Harrisonburg and Fredericksburg are in the same color, or pretty damn close to it. Both look like silly puddy.
Yeah, the timing was brutal. Came through right during rush hour. The light, fluffy snow is also very slick to drive on and makes for chaos. The narrative is all "haha, idiots can't drive in 1 inch of snow" but there are a lot of other considerations. We do have tons of bad drivers around here, but it really was a "perfect storm" of bad events.
Everybody seems to be shocked that such a small accumulation could be so severe. However, those conditions are about as bad as it gets, similar to freezing rain. A few inches would have been better. Add to it that it fell at rush hour and voila, chaos!
Size does not make one a good defender. Henry is a much better defender than Pierce.
We did our best, put our 10 fouls on Auguste between Henry and Blackshear. Colson wore out Leday at times. Those two are very good players.
Must have beaten Harbaugh in Madden by blowout rule.

You may well be, or more likely your screen isn't showing the colors properly. Mine shows the two circles clearly being more of a tan color for 36" with less than 30" being pinkish.
In French, "le batard" = "the bastard." The iPhone might be smarter than I give it credit for.
XM2 are all sports and 1 country and XM 3 are pop for my daughter.
The Virginia State Police reported this morning that they responded to 767 crashes across Virginia last night. Insane. Not sure how many of those were in NoVA vs. the rest of the state, but it's still amazing. And they were already on the scene of 33 crashes by 6 AM today, 24 of which were in NoVA.
Just my opinion, and its not popular here, but I dont have a lot of faith in Williams. He is coming off a major injury, had weight and conditioning problems anyway and fumbled the ball way too much.
You never want to see your RB fumble at all, but I wouldn't say "way too much": Marshawn's only fumbled twice (losing one). That one was in a pivotal moment against Miami though.
On my XM1 preset 38 (Boneyard), 41 (faction), 34 (Lithium), 37 (Octane), 43 (Backspin) and 40 (Liquid Metal). Faction is really cool because they play a blend of punk, metal, alt and rap.
if you're referring to the two areas inside the red area, those are both 36-40" range. The pink area immediately surrounding the red is in the 24-30" range. Red, obviously, is 30-36"
Quick, someone photoshop a speech bubble that has him saying "Go to Virginia Tech instead!"

I expected us to lose by double digits, so even though we gave up a lead, I'm still not dissatisfied with this.
